We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel COCO Phuket Bangtao Beach. The best part of the experience was definitely the location. The hotel is conveniently situated close to Bangtao Beach, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Another highlight was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel offers good value for money and is a great option for travelers looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Phuket. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort with direct beach access. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff have been incredibly helpful with both major and minor requests, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during the low season. This was my fifth stay here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. The welcoming atmosphere and consistently outstanding hospitality keep bringing me back. As the resort has been around for a few years now, it may be time to consider some room refreshes, particularly updating the mattresses and bedding. New, crisp, high-quality linens can make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience. The neighboring Ibis Styles, being a newer property, naturally has exceptionally fresh, crisp bedding, and it would be wonderful to see this resort offer the same level of sleeping comfort while maintaining its own charm. My only other suggestion would be to install a few more fans in the lobby and waiting area, as it can become quite humid while waiting for a taxi or food delivery. I honestly don’t know how the staff manage to work through the midday heat—they do an amazing job despite the conditions. Overall, this remains one of my favorite places to stay, and I look forward to returning for my sixth visit.

The rooms are comfortable, and there's daily cleaning and service, with water, coffee/tea replenished. The hotel is located in what feels like a local Thai neighborhood, a bit far from the beaches, but there's a shuttle service to Surin and Bangtao beaches. Overall, we're not picky at all and we liked the hotel. Plus, we didn't spend much time in the room, so for resting and just sleeping, it was more than comfortable. The staff are also pleasant, and the hotel itself is quiet and green, with a small pool and a lounge area by the pool. As for the downsides: there's construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. And once at night, we could hear the mosque, but that didn't really affect us either. So, if you're as laid-back about everything as we are, then this hotel will be comfortable for your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Homa condo in Bang Tao for two weeks and had a really great experience. The complex is modern, the grounds are well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the details. We especially loved the rooftop pool: it offers excellent views, a peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable sun loungers. It's perfect for relaxing after a busy day or watching the sunset. The gym was also a pleasant surprise: the equipment is new, there's plenty of space, and it's kept very clean. It's an ideal option for anyone who doesn't want to interrupt their workouts while on holiday. The condo has its own restaurant – the food was delicious, portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. We tried both classic Thai dishes and European cuisine; everything was top-notch. The parking is convenient and secure: we comfortably left our car and motorbike without worrying about their safety. The location is one of its main advantages: there are shops, cafes, and rental places nearby, you can reach the beach by motorbike in 10-15 minutes, and it's easy to get to major shopping centers and attractions. I will definitely return!!!

The studio apartment is very spacious, featuring a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in closet, and 3 air conditioners. The room is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a capsule coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Housekeeping is every two days, but it's best to remind the reception. Beach towels are provided in the room and are replaced during cleaning. There are two buildings and several pools on the property. Guests can use the shuttles from the Laguna area, and there's also a transfer service to Patong. A boat transports guests to the beach every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 7 PM. You can also take another boat to cruise around the Laguna. On the beach, there are complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a toilet and shower. Small stalls selling drinks, food, and corn are right on the beach. Stand-up paddleboard rentals are available nearby. The breakfasts are good, offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, a kids' table, yogurts, an egg station, coffee, beverages, and much more.

The location is far from the sea, so you'll need a scooter. There's a Tops supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The hotel is clean. Be prepared for potential cleaning fines. Overall, everything is good. It's a decent place to stay, but you'll definitely need transportation. The room has everything you need. The staff are polite.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Bangtao. The hotel is new, spotless, and has a modern, appealing design. I loved the minimalist yet tasteful décor, it feels stylish without trying too hard. One of my favourite things was the bed. The crisp, white sheets were fresh and clean, without the strong fabric softener scent that’s common in many hotels in Thailand. It made for a really comfortable night’s sleep. Another thoughtful touch was the detachable shower head, which was much appreciated. The service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Grace and the team who checked us in on July 15 for the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. They also kindly allowed us a late checkout, even during the busy season, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d happily recommend Ibis Styles Bangtao to anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with exceptional service.

Nice and clean hotel. It was just that our room is a bit far from the breakfast venue. Suitable for kids as there were so many activities around. A bit strict with numbers of occupancy in a room. Loved it because it was just opposite a convenience store, pharmacy and food outlets. There were a selection of massage centres around. The only downside is the deposit per night is too expensive.

The hotel is wonderful. Best Western is Best Western. It's not just beachfront, it's *the* beachfront. From any room, it's a mere two-minute walk to the sea. In the mornings, I'd even go without a towel, have a swim, and head straight back to my room. As expected, there's a massage and a restaurant on the beach (didn't try it), plenty of sun loungers, and beach towels are provided separately. The grounds are spacious, not cramped, and lush green with three pools I counted. Location-wise, there's a 7/11 just 15 meters from the entrance, and on the same street, there are three restaurants, each better than the last. I particularly enjoyed The Irish Coffee; despite the name, it has a Russian menu, and of course, a Thai one. At reception, there's a Russian-speaking administrator named Daniel. It was an absolutely carefree and fantastic holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
