Kesan pertama saya di hotel *4 begitu masuk lobby tidak ada AC terasa panas sekali, pintu hotel terbuka 24 jam. Tidak ada security. Receptionis yang tugas malam hanya 1 orang perempuan muda merangkap room service, tehnisi AC (foto terkampir). Kunci kamar hanya dikasi 1 minta lagi tidak boleh. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih. Lokasi jauh dari makanan harus jalan kaki 600 meter ke mall Central. Air condition di kamar kami no 409 bermasalah. Tidak bisa dingin hanya di suhu 26-27°C (lupa fotonya). Receptionis merasa pandai dan yakin bisa mengatasi AC yang bermasalah. Sampai kami tunggu tengah malam juga gak bisa dingin AC nya. Kami minta pindah gak bisa dengan alasan tidak ada kamar kosong. Akhirnya kami tidur tidak nyenyak krn kondisi panas. Besoknya kamar diperbaiki oleh tehnisi dan kami dpindahkan ke kamar sebelah 411 dengan suhu AC bisa 23°C. Tidak ada sikat gigi & sandal kamar. Dispenser di lobby tidak berfungsi.

The elevator smells too bad, so I always take the stairs. There are many rooms, each one is very small, and it feels full of formaldehyde. The sound insulation is very poor. The pillows are too high and uncomfortable, especially for children. But the children like the swimming pool very much, and the location is relatively convenient.
