"The hotel reception has a tall, medium-built, slightly dark-skinned female staff member who speaks excellent Chinese and is very charming. Her service is exceptional; she understood all my requests and helped me resolve them. For this price, in my home country, I'd barely get a budget hotel, and not even a well-located one at that. But here, I got a large room with excellent service. I highly, highly recommend it! Everything was perfect except that the AC wasn't turned on before I checked in. Also, right across from the hotel entrance, after exiting the parking lot, is Central, so there's no need to walk around."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The architecture and the pool area were honestly one of my favorite parts. During daytime the hotel already looks very pretty, but at night it becomes absolutely stunning. The lights and the atmosphere make the whole place feel very special. The hotel has everything you need — pool, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, and also a room where you can have tea, coffee, and snacks 24/7, which was actually very convenient after coming back late. The reception works all day and night, and every time we needed something, the staff helped us very fast. Everyone was friendly and welcoming during our stay. I also really liked the breakfast. There were salads, fruits, muffins, omelettes, eggs in different styles, and honestly a lot of options. What surprised me the most was the coffee. Usually coffee from hotel coffee machines is not that good, but here it was actually very delicious. I took a macchiato almost every morning and really enjoyed it. For me, this is one of those places that looks even better in real life than in pictures. Very aesthetic, relaxing, and perfect if you enjoy beautiful architecture and good atmosphere."

"The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around. The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. "The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"Excellent hotel, especially in the off-season when there are waves at the beach. You can spend time at the pool; the slides are working, and there's plenty of space for everyone in the pool. Everything nearby is convenient, and you can find inexpensive fruit on the street. We liked everything; I won't complain about the room, even though the rooms are a bit outdated. A suggestion: better tea at breakfast, as the brewed tea is undrinkable. A coffee machine would also be a good addition."

"We enjoyed our stay here at 6th Ave. Roof top pool we could take our granddaughter to, restaurant upstairs (ordered room serv a few times and no.complaints). Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast a few days. 2 elevators, 7 floors, plenty of parking. We stayed in two different rooms (5th floor and 6th). Both had a balcony you were allowed to smoke on. Bedroom with door, bathroom in the bedroom, fold out couch (kind of old, and no idea if comfortable), coffee table, kitchen table (2 chairs), big fridge w/ sep freezer, elec cook top, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, and small selection of cooking stuff, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. My wife has stayed here before, and iwould come back to stay again myself."

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"We chose a Superior King Room with a balcony, and this was our view :). The pool is amazing, the internet did not work properly, and the location is perfect. However, I booked almost two weeks in advance, but the reception told us it was the last available room. As you can see, the balcony view was full of cables, so you can’t really see anything clearly. Also, if you want to sit on the balcony, it’s 50/50 — there’s a chance you might get grilled 😅."

"We stayed at Amora Beach Resort Phuket for the second year in a row, this time in the Amora Ocean King room, and once again we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a great beachfront location — being on the first line by the sea is a huge advantage for us as a family. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s sun loungers and direct access to the beach, which made our отдых very comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere is pleasant, the territory is well maintained, and the overall experience was exactly what we were looking for. We are happy to come back here again and would definitely consider staying here in the future."
