The room was quite spacious, offering great value for a one-night stay, especially given our late flight. There's also a swimming pool, and it's pretty close to the airport – about a 5-8 minute walk straight ahead with luggage. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials.

Always a pleasure to stay in Dewa. The vibe in hotel is so peaceful and cosy, tropical heaven. So many beautiful trees and flowers and very quiet. Stayed in Pool Villa and you just don’t want to escape from it, such a pleasure. Tried their Spa and all are professional and service is great! Generally the service is incredible here, all staff always trying to make everything to make sure guest stay is perfect. Special thanks to Meen and all ladies at reception, so so friendly service! Location is very convenient, 5 min walk to main restaurants area, 5 min to 7-11 and Tops. Pool area is not really convenient, too limited with sunbeds. Breakfast in general is very good with plenty of choice, except eggs station impression, scramble was always absolutely tasteless and not tasty. It repeats every visit and nothing changing here. In a separate menu that is available only for Villa guests, salmon option with cream cheese and avocado is recommended, but don’t order Acai bowl, it’s just so badly cooked, looks like water after melted ice, absolutely tasteless and not recommended. Room service food taste was also absolutely disappointing. Also, last time there is some new staff at breakfast with name Wawa, whose behavior was shocking, overfamiliar behavior with guests, super loud speaking all the time, touching guests like friends and even flirting openly and loudly announcing that she can be a good girlfriend. For hotel staff it’s not acceptable at all, especially for a 5*. Especially compared to other Dewa staff who are so wonderful. Not sure why restaurant manager wasn’t paying any attention to that. In general I feel like they need to change restaurant chef or change their approach for food cooking, this is my impression since my first stay there in 2023, since that time nothing improved. It is still one of my favorite hotels and can’t wait to be back again! You always feel super welcomed here. Comfortable with beautiful garden and amazing staff.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute drive away. It's very clean and the rooms are quite spacious. The hotel facilities are also quite comprehensive. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so even with a late-night flight, you can check in with peace of mind. Plus, in the mornings, there are complimentary snacks, a communal kitchen, airport shuttle service, and various other amenities available.

A nice little hotel for a rest after a long journey! I chose this hotel with my child so we could quickly get there after a long flight. Our plane landed at 11 PM. By the time you clear passport control, get picked up, and take a shower, it's already 1 AM. This is a good option! The linens are clean cotton! There's hot water! A 7-Eleven and massage place are a leisurely 7-minute walk away. They change the linens, towels, and water every day. We needed two days to recover, and extending our stay was easy. The pool is clean. Breakfast is European style: omelets, sausages, ham, some Thai dish (chicken in sauce), rice, toast, croissants, jams, butter, coffee, tea, cocktails, juices. It's a perfectly good breakfast. The cost is 250 (baht, presumably). Of course, if you're used to staying in luxury hotels and have high demands, you might want to think twice. I've stayed in various categories of hotels, from four-star resorts to beach bungalows. I've been to places where they didn't change the bed linen. Here, it's clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and lovely! Everyone is ready to help. Everyone always smiles. Many reviews mention drawbacks, but I won't even discuss those. It's clean, clean, clean, and the staff are as welcoming as can be. It's a good place to rest after traveling, get used to the local vibe a bit, and acclimatize to the warmth! This hotel in Phuket offers incredible value for money, a true ceiling for its price point! For just over 300 [currency, assuming RMB as it's a Chinese review], you can get a room with a bathtub and direct pool access. All rooms of this type have been newly renovated, and the air conditioners have been replaced. The noisy AC units mentioned in previous reviews are completely gone. The pool maintenance staff are incredibly diligent, sweeping leaves from morning until afternoon. My child had a fantastic time playing in the pool and didn't experience any allergies. There are many highly-rated local eateries nearby; I've included photos of them. The boat noodles, at just 70 baht, were absolutely delicious! You can ask the lovely Chinese lady at the hotel for recommendations; she's super enthusiastic! She even took us to the night market to buy durian. Nai Yang Beach, just 10 minutes from the hotel, is incredibly clear – don't miss these spots! Don't treat this place as just a transit stop; after my stay, I feel it's worth spending two or three days here.

Small green area. The hotel has two buildings; it's better to stay in the one further from the street, as the music from the market is quite loud in the evening. The view from the room is good. Everything you need is there, except for toothbrushes, which you can request to be brought to your room. The rooms are a bit dated, and cleaning is done daily. An unexpected design choice is that there's no wall between the bathroom and the room, just a curtain. For breakfast, there's enough variety with a basic selection of food and three types of fruit. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea. It's a fine place to stay for 2-3 nights.

Comfortable and clean environment, open kitchen, microwave oven, washing machine, butler can speak Chinese, communication is no problem, but also help to order food, service is super good, we rent a motorcycle, 400 baht a day, where I want to go, here The motorcycle ride to the seaside has beautiful scenery. The journey is 15 minutes. There are many restaurants on the side of the road. I did n’t know if it was delicious or not. We stayed for two nights and went directly to the airport. Hotel, I did n’t expect it to be beyond imagination, I like it

The location is super convenient; it's an easy walk to the beach to relax. It's right next to the national park, creating a lovely picnic atmosphere. It's not too crowded, but also not isolated. The hotel itself is clean and safe, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast selection is adequate.

Had a really nice, relaxing three night stay here to start our holiday - super quiet location 10 minutes from the airport, however it is not in the flight path at all. The hotel staff are really nice and friendly, and the rooms themselves are big and comfortable. The beach across the road is beautiful and not crowded at all and a short walk up the road takes you to a busier area with Tops and 711 and small shops and stalls on the beach side of the road. The local market is great for food and quite large, open a few nights a week from 4pm. In the hotel, the bed is really comfortable - not too hard at all. The shower was a little bit of a challenge as the water does not stay hot long - a long hot shower wasn't possible but that's OK. Aside from this, everything was excellent. Great breakfast that changed main selections each day, and each time was really nice. This is a perfect place to get away from it all :)

We traveled as a family of 4 and booked two rooms with pool access. The rooms were standard hotel rooms. Regarding the pool... We're not picky, and we liked it. While there isn't direct access from the room, it didn't bother us. The maximum depth was 145cm, and everyone happily jumped in! The best part was there was no strong chlorine smell, unlike some places, and it didn't dry out our skin. We booked a stay with breakfast: a continental breakfast with some buffet elements (juices, tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruits - mostly watermelon) available freely. The main dish was served to our table, with a choice of fried eggs, rolled omelette, or chopped omelette. It was very clean; they cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. The staff at the front desk were very polite, helped with luggage, opened doors, and even provided umbrellas if it rained ☺. The location is ideal: the sea, market, and 7/11 are all nearby 👍.
