Posted on Jul 26, 2026|Bed In 6-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room
kazkazmaI chose this place because I had an overnight layover at Phuket Airport, arriving after 11 PM and departing after 7 AM the next morning, so I needed something close to the airport.
It's less than a 10-minute walk from the international terminal exit. The location is easy to find, and there's a convenience store nearby.
I was on an upper bunk in the dormitory. The ladder was a bit difficult to climb. The bedding seemed clean, but it was incredibly hot and stuffy for sleeping. The air conditioning was on, but it didn't seem to be very effective. Someone turned off the ceiling fan, which made it even hotter. It did cool down by morning, though.
There were three shower stalls on my floor for men. Shampoo and body wash were provided.
For breakfast, they offered bread, cereal, sausages and ham (chicken), and they'd also make you a fried egg or scrambled eggs.
They give you the room key and a bath towel in exchange for a 200 baht deposit.
The check-in process was smooth, which was great.

We were at Phuket for 3 weeks. Of them almost two lived in the north of the island near the airport. We love this quiet area very much. We changed 4 hotels for a trip and perhaps Himaphan was our favorite. Hotel is small, only 10 bungalow. Quiet, calm, only birds sing and proteins jump trees. Very beautiful green area with lots of flowers and bushes. Cleaning every day for 5+. Welcome and helpful staff. There is a small parking lot. We rented a car, and the parking space was always for us. Free transfer to the airport. Around the hotel there are many cafes, massages, several 7/11. In 15 minutes walk the Nyang night market. Location, gle are boarding planes, in 15 minutes walk along the beach. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely return to it again.

Guest UserVery clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. They let us use their washer to do laundry and gave us hangers to dry our clothes. They also have beach mats and umbrellas that you can borrow for free. They also provide water, toilet paper and tissues everyday. There was also two balconies by our room. One private balcony and one shared. Plus the hotel is less than a 20 minute walk to the beach, and with the beach mats that they provide you can have a nice relaxing day by the beach.

This hotel was the perfect choice for a layover after a late-night arrival! The location is superb, incredibly close to the airport – just a five-minute walk straight out of the terminal, which was incredibly convenient and stress-free. The next day, the hotel offered a direct shuttle service to the airport bus stop, making onward travel very easy.
The room itself was clean and tidy, with sufficient basic amenities. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door, which was handy for picking up a few things. It's ideal for a quick overnight stay when catching a flight, offering excellent value for money.

Guest UserThe room was clean, but small and had no window. The AC worked well and the WiFi was fast. The shared bathroom was good for those who don't mind communal facilities, and it was clean, which was a plus. My main issue was that the staff didn't provide towels before check-in. I assumed they'd be in the room, but when I got up there, there weren't any. I was so tired from traveling that I just fell asleep. When I woke up between 8-9 PM and went downstairs, there was no staff around. Walking through the hotel at night felt a bit dark and deserted. The stairwell lights were on a sensor and only turned on once you were almost halfway up, which felt a little dangerous. As for the towels, after two unsuccessful trips downstairs, I decided to wait until the morning. So, I didn't get a towel until late the next day. On a positive note, the staff was quick to clean rooms, starting around 10 AM, which is efficient, though the noise was a bit disruptive for guests who hadn't checked out yet. Not a major problem, though.

BJ@rimbaGreat option near the airport.
Very convenient location, especially if you have an early flight. The free airport shuttle made the transfer quick and easy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast also had a good variety of options, which was a nice start before heading to the airport.
Overall a very smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for travelers needing a hotel close to the airport.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are wonderful, but the room itself is frankly dreadful and run-down. We booked the cheapest room and were quite surprised when we checked in! We even thought there might be insects, but thankfully there weren't any 👍. It's suitable for an overnight stay. I'd recommend the hotel at least put up new wallpaper in the rooms to make them look more presentable. There's no fridge in the room.

Guest UserNeeded a place handy to the airport. Picked this one as it was a bungalow style room with balcony. Facilities are basic but you have everything you need. Easy walking distance from airport, in a quiet area but still near to shops, restaurants and bars. Great hosts with a very easy checkin/checkout system. They were excellent and very attentive, there to answer questions as they arose. They also helped with onward transport arrangements, making it a very pleasant stay indeed, no worries or hassle. I definitely would stay again and recommend them.

LcadBig clean rooms, 25 min walk from Naiyang beach (or very cheap Grab bike ride). There is a familymart down the road and some Nice Thai restaurants. The first night I was put in a room on the ground floor, facing the pool but it was extremely noisy due to sounds from the entrance echoing all the way down the corridor. Thankfully the next night I was moved to the 3rd floor which was very peaceful.
Soap and shampoo are provided, no toothbrush or slippers.
