"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!"

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"Fantastic value for money. Stayed here a few year back under the name Bauman Residence and it was good then but now as Elite Suites it has improved. The staff throughout were so polite and welcoming. Always smiling and being pleasant and helpful. Hotel very well maintained and cleaned. Pool bar promotions and happy hours are better than any of the bars on the island. Good bar snacks selection of well prepared food. Stayed for 10 nights in total across 2 bookings. Rebooked for October before checking out."

"The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"Coming back after a few years, I've really noticed that prices in Phuket have skyrocketed, even more so than in Bangkok. Especially for consumables like slippers, buying them locally is terrible value for money. I highly recommend bringing them from home, otherwise it's a shame to buy a pair only to wear them for a few days and then throw them away. Regarding the accommodation: The hotel I chose this time had a great location, making getting around super convenient. - Transportation: Getting to the beach was very easy, just about a 10-minute walk. - Food & Drink: The breakfast quality was consistently good and worth trying. Overall, even though the prices were shocking, a comfortable stay definitely helped improve my mood."

The hotel is beautiful and very unique, with modern design, impressive architecture, and stunning pool areas that make it feel very special. It’s definitely one of those places that looks even better in person than in photos. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and stylish, perfect for a chill getaway. I also liked the vibe of the hotel — it feels trendy and relaxing at the same time, with lots of great spots to take photos or just enjoy the view. "I've stayed at this hotel before when I was on a tour, and perhaps because I'm familiar with it, I chose to stay here again this time. Let me start with the pros: 1. During this season, the standard rooms are very affordable. The downside is that they are quite small. Both times, I've stayed in the 'Starry Sky Villa' (一户建星空别墅) room, and at this time of year, the price and amenities offer great value for money. If you're considering this hotel now, I'd recommend trying that room type. 2. The standard twin room I stayed in for the last few nights was a bit underwhelming, but then again, it was very cheap. 3. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores and restaurants nearby, and massages are inexpensive. Now for the cons: 1. The hotel partners with travel agencies, so every day there are many tour groups checking in with their luggage, and the vast majority are our fellow countrymen. 2. This might be related to the third point, but the hotel seems to discriminate against Chinese guests, assigning them to poorly located rooms. 3. Breakfast is enough to fill you up, but nothing more."

"A great hotel. They call themselves ‘The Oasis of Patong’ and they’re not wrong. Close enough to the madness so it’s within a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet to make a relaxing stay. The pool area is great for relaxing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and will be back."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times, and it has also been a favorite vacation place for our parents. Year after year, nothing really changes here, and that is a good thing. The level of service is consistently outstanding, and the people working at the hotel are truly wonderful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are clean, the facilities are great, and everything is well organized. The food in the restaurants is very tasty, with a good variety at breakfast. The spa and gym are excellent and well equipped. Overall, everything is truly wonderful. The only thing that surprised and slightly disappointed us this year was the situation with sunbeds. Many guests leave their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning and then disappear for long periods of time. As a result, the best shaded spots are occupied almost the entire morning, even though no one actually uses them. This issue does not seem to be controlled, and it can be quite frustrating. Perhaps the hotel could consider addressing this problem more actively. That said, this is more a matter of guests’ behavior and etiquette. In all other aspects, the service is excellent as always. A truly wonderful place that we are happy to return to again and again!"
