Good location. This is where the advantages end. There is literally no soundproofing at all; you can hear someone swearing not even in the next room or on your floor. At first glance it is clean, but at any moment you can find hair from previous guests. The rooms with access to the shaft (I don’t know what to call it, like a St. Petersburg well) are not ventilated, there is always some kind of smell in the room

We booked this hotel for one night based on reviews and ratings. To be honest, I don’t even understand where good reviews come from 🙈
When we checked in, we were given a room on the 5th floor and we carried our suitcases on ourselves, since there is no elevator in the hotel.
The room is spacious enough, but very old and dirty.
The air conditioning and refrigerator practically did not work, the room was stuffy.
In the bathroom, the furniture was all swollen with moisture, the doors could barely stay on their hinges. The toilet flank is broken.
The seams in the room and in the bathroom are moldy.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Not even suitable for one night.

The price is very cheap, 89 a night is hard to find on Kata Kata Beach. The location is great right next to Kata Night Market, but I will not stay there again. It was accompanied by a musty-smelling stay for 2 days, and the clothes hanging in the room were all musty. It smells bad, even when the air conditioner is on. The windowless room is very quiet, but the musty smell all night makes it difficult to sleep well. If you stay in this hotel, remember to pay extra to choose a balcony. Of course, it will be very noisy at night and you can hear the night market singers downstairs until midnight. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but the room service was a bit poor. Remember to hang the cleaning sign on the door, otherwise she wouldn't clean it. The trash was confiscated and the towels were not changed. I asked her to take out the trash but she looked impatient.
