This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, there's a clothes dryer on the balcony, and the cleaning and service are excellent. Everyone at the front desk is polite, friendly, and helpful. They explain everything and assist with any issues. In the evenings, there's live music, which is lovely to listen to while relaxing in the lobby or by the pool. Thank you for your hospitality! 😍

The shower water was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was also extremely hot, making it easy to get scalded. We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel! This was our first trip to Thailand, and we have no regrets whatsoever about choosing this place. We even got a free room upgrade. Check-in took literally 5 minutes, and they helped us with our luggage. The front desk staff were always incredibly sweet and polite, explaining everything thoroughly. If we ever needed a towel, slippers, or even just to heat up some food, they were always happy to help. Our room was cleaned daily and was spotless. We had a comfortable king-size bed, crisp white linens, and pillows that were perfect for me. The view from the rooftop pool deserves a poem of its own – the sunsets were simply incredible! The hotel is surrounded by numerous shops and massage parlors, everything you need is right at your fingertips. There's also a night market just a 7-minute walk away. We will definitely be returning here for our next trip!

Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well organized. Great location and excellent service. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Stayed at Best Western Patong Beach during my Phuket trip. Everything was generally quite standard, nothing overly luxurious but comfortable enough for a short stay. The room size was good and didn’t feel cramped. One of the better points is definitely the location — only around 5 minutes walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall, so food, shopping and convenience were all nearby. Service and facilities were decent overall, but there were a couple of issues during the stay. I noticed ants crawling around the tables in the room, which housekeeping should improve on. Soundproofing was also not great, and noise from outside or neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard quite clearly. Overall, still a convenient and reasonable stay if location matters more than luxury and you mainly need a well-located base in Patong.

If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration.

To be honest i dont know why people gave bad review. For the price, you get good location, quite place, staff was friendly, they did what was requested, room was clean and spacious, swimming pool was clean. I mean i think this place is underrated. To future guests. I can say ignore the bad reviews and personally i would recommend you here. Pro tip, if you want to buy beer. Buy from the resort instead. It was so much cheaper than the beers you buy on the streets. Beer on the streets bottled chang, 80-100 baht Hotel 60-65 baht.

very good service . rooms were comfortable as the beds . location is further back from patong Beach and elevated on mountain side. Great views from roof top pool . elevator was good . . can walk 5 nin down hill to 711 and shops . could easily walk to beach but a bike is easier.

The hotel is really good; I enjoyed my stay there. Of course, there were a few minor flaws, but they didn't spoil the vacation. I would have liked to have toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes in the room. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the rooms were cleaned daily. There are two pools on the property (I really liked that they were large).

Location was great for us as first timers to phuket. The room was spacious & the toilet was clean. There’s a lounge downstairs which served water & some drinks & cold towels (perfect for cooling off). Would recommend staying here for first timers as there are many beach clubs nearby as well!
