It's quite unique. The beach is very pleasant. The breakfast is a bit monotonous and there are only a few choices. It's not something I'm used to. The biggest disadvantage at night is that there is a bar next to it with loud music, which probably lasts until about 1 o'clock in the evening.

Everything as far as the hotel is concerned went smoothly. Yes there is rebuilding but it is sectioned off and the area open for residents was noise-free. Right on the fabulous beach. I want to pay special tribute to the front office team who got me to hospital super quick when I needed it - my kidney stone issue is entirely mine and nothing to do with them of course .. but when the pain kicked in, so did Vera Nakvachara and her team which is everything you would hope for. Vera followed up by message and phone to check my progress in hospital and offered to arrange transport back to the hotel if I needed it. Outstanding first class service - thank you.

Отель новый, в виде корабля. Рядом стройка, до моря топаешь по дороге. Хорошие номера, видовой бассейн, спа. Ко мне в гости приехал сын 6 лет. Мы были в зоне бассейна. Ко мне подошла менеджер отеля, белокурая блондинка славянской внешности, и чисто на русском языке объяснила мне, что детям в этом отеле не рады. Попросила меня покинуть отель. За приличные деньги которые им заплатил за номер и оставил в баре у бассейна получил такой месседж. Далее тратить деньги мы пошли в соседний отель. Вот такой случай произошел со мной. В данный момент времени проживаю в отеле номер 328, выезжаю 10ю01ю2024 года. Поеду в будующем в данный отель- скорее нет, чем да. Валерий Д.

Also, there are plenty of facilities, gyms, a library, 6 swimming pools, a kids' room with a nanny, lounge bars, saunas, etc. BUT! The management of the hotel is not good (yet). The check-in time is constantly delayed (the official check-in is at 2 pm, but we were told to wait at least till 4 pm!). Rooms not cleaned properly. No forks/plates in the rooms with the kitchen....you have to go to reception and ask for them.

Lovely small hotel with only bangalows and small but nice pool. Very reasonable price. A lot of greenery. Good breakfasts. Spacy bangalows. This yeatr they closed short way to the beach so it takes around 10 min of walk now. Nice restaraunts around. I stayed 6 times in this place and thanks to the owners and stuff it hasn't changed. Love You.

We stayed at the Arinara Resort for 6 days during May 2023. We absolutely loved our stay. Huge room, huge resort. Amazing pool with great pool bar. Would love to come back again. The buffet breakfast was delicious, so much variety of food to choose from. Loved the arinara Sign at the beach. Beautiful spot to take pictures.

Although the beach in Phuket is the most famous and lively in Patong, but I like to see friends from the sea, I recommend Bangtao Beach. There are few people, clean, especially no Chinese, but Europeans and Americans are mostly. This Resort is just around Bangtao, about a distance of more than 500 meters. Extremely comfortable and comfortable, the staff is very warm and friendly. Listening to the birds when I have breakfast every day, the calf is too comfortable. High cost performance.

Location: 5 minutes walk to Bangtao beach. A lot of restaurants nearby. Modern rooms, warm shower, cold A/C, comfy beds. 100% clean. Good security-system at night made us feel safe 24/7. The staff is soo kind! An extra ”heads up” to Alina. Thank you for your hospitality! This was the perfect hotel for two backpackers. The value is great. There's actually a really popular hostel nearby, but this was both cheaper and tons better! Would have given five stars if we were informed before booking and check-in, that there was a huge building site beside the hotel, waking us up every day. Also, we had an issue with bugs on our room. About 20-70 ants invaded our room through small holes along the wall. We were offered free cleaning, but it didn't stop the ants invading our room. I hope this issue is taken care of permanently before new guests book our room. However, I would like to recommend this hotel for everybody who's looking for a hotel with great value.

This hostel is just like at the pictures, very well cared, clean and comfortable. It is just three minutes from the beach and many restaurants to choose around. The market is about five minutes with motorcycle (or so I felt). The staff is very nice, specially Khemchira who was always smiley and ready to share any recommendation. The rooms are really clean, aircon, lockers (don't forget to bring your own lock), the curtains around the bet make you feel you have your own corner. The beds and the pillows are super comfortable. They have a common area with a fridge that you can use and also a microwave if you want to heat up something. Oh! and if you get the public bus from Phuket airport for 170,- thb you just tell the driver where you go and he will stop at the main road by 7 eleven. From there is about 10-15 minutes walk to the hostel.
