"We had a really good stay at Homa Hotel. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool—you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed sunset view right from the pool, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a kids’ room available that kept the little ones entertained. Another big plus is the location: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, and there’s a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend."

"I stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa and the best thing about this place is the location. Everything is nearby — Patong Beach, Bangla Road, night market, shops… super convenient if you like walking everywhere. The rooftop pool is small but nice for relaxing. Rooms are okay for the price, but don’t expect anything fancy. Some parts feel old and the AC takes time to cool. The spa is basic, not a luxury experience. Overall, good for budget travellers who want location more than comfort. Not ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful or premium stay."

"I stayed at the Panwaburi Beachfront Resort in Phuket and I really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is beautiful and very unique, with modern design, impressive architecture, and stunning pool areas that make it feel very special. It’s definitely one of those places that looks even better in person than in photos. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and stylish, perfect for a chill getaway. I also liked the vibe of the hotel — it feels trendy and relaxing at the same time, with lots of great spots to take photos or just enjoy the view. "We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!"

"The property is located directly on the beachfront, which is definitely its strongest point. The room we were assigned has a partial sea view. Unfortunately, part of the view also includes some rather neglected surroundings, but the beauty of the ocean largely makes up for it. In terms of services, there are a few shortcomings. The toilet tends to clog easily, and some amenities that are quite standard in many hotels are missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers. Instead, the hotel provides a beach basket with towels and a pair of plastic flip-flops to use during the stay. However, these flip-flops are not new, and it is unclear whether they are properly sanitized between guests. Overall, it can still be a convenient option for people who work and want to have the sea literally a few steps from their room, with the possibility of reaching the beach in just seconds. That said, some aspects related to maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved to make the experience more comfortable."

"Pros: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the small pool and lobby had a great ambiance. They offered free bread, croissants, fruit, and coffee every morning until noon. The rooms have balconies, perfect for drying clothes or smoking. There's also a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor for 40 Thai Baht per load. The bedding was super soft, and the location was excellent. It's only a 500-meter walk to the heart of the old town, and there's a Tops supermarket and a mall right next door. Cons: Around 8 AM, the cleaning staff in the hallway were incredibly loud, talking, chatting, and cleaning (without any awareness of being quieter) until 12 PM. It feels like the hotel's training for its housekeeping staff is severely lacking, which instantly soured my stay."

"1 ⭐️— Hidden fees, abandoned at check-in, construction noise, no wifi Fees & payment: Booked through Trip.com expecting to pay THB 1,320. A mandatory THB 700 charge (THB 550 cleaning + THB 150 electricity) was not clearly disclosed at checkout. Before arrival the property pressured me to pay via bank transfer or PayPal outside the platform. Check-in: Staff confirmed they would arrive in 10 minutes at 6pm — then went completely silent. No one came. Phone calls unanswered. I was left alone in Building C lobby with no access to my room or any guidance for a while. Building condition: The building is clearly still under construction. Lifts were not working — guests forced to use stairs. Drilling and construction work starts from early morning and continues throughout the day. Do not expect to sleep in or work from this property. Cosmetic works are ongoing throughout the building. Wifi: Did not work in the morning. Only mobile data available — unacceptable for anyone working remotely. Bottom line: The apartment itself is new, but everything surrounding it is unfinished and actively being worked on. The artificially low price appears to be a deliberate strategy to attract early reviews for a property not yet ready to host guests. Avoid until fully operational."

"I was a bit worried after seeing some other reviews, but my stay completely exceeded my expectations. First off, the infinity pool offers an amazing view and experience. After checking in, they upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the thoughtful design even allows you to see the ocean through the mirror while you're getting ready. The air conditioning was always on, so the room wasn't humid at all. They also provided freshly laundered, warm duvets that had a comforting milky scent. The hotel offers scheduled shuttle service to Patong Beach Center, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to nearby attractions. There's a 7-Eleven and restaurants right next to the hotel, which is super convenient. The only downsides are that the hotel feels a bit like a maze, requiring you to carry luggage up and down stairs, and the sea-view room was a bit noisy due to being near the street."

"The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only."
