"The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"The room is beautiful, especially the pool – booking this hotel because of it was definitely the right choice. The front desk staff member was very enthusiastic, but the staff weren't always at the front desk. When we checked out from the third floor, we couldn't find anyone, and even calling Trip.com didn't connect us. We had to carry our luggage down ourselves, which would be quite inconvenient for a woman with a large suitcase. The nightclubs near the hotel are really loud at night, making it unsuitable for rest. Even with doors and windows closed, the noise still gets through, though the hotel does provide earplugs. Public facilities include a microwave and washing machine, but both the washing machine and detergent cost money, I recall 20 baht each."

"I stayed at the Panwaburi Beachfront Resort in Phuket and I really enjoyed my experience. The hotel is beautiful and very unique, with modern design, impressive architecture, and stunning pool areas that make it feel very special. It’s definitely one of those places that looks even better in person than in photos. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and stylish, perfect for a chill getaway. I also liked the vibe of the hotel — it feels trendy and relaxing at the same time, with lots of great spots to take photos or just enjoy the view. Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and visually impressive resort experience in Phuket."

"The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"Pros: I booked a 'Prestige Garden' room and was worried about dampness and dimness based on other reviews, but when I arrived, there were no such issues. It was very clean, not run-down, and not damp. My room number was 321, and it was convenient for going to the lobby for breakfast and heading to the beach. It was very quiet during my 4-day, 3-night stay; the neighboring rooms were not occupied. The front desk staff member who checked me in was very friendly. I went the wrong way, and he even chased after me to point me in the right direction. At breakfast, the front desk didn't specifically target Chinese guests as some reviews suggested; they warmly asked for everyone's room number and guided them to a seat. The small breakfast pastries were really delicious, crispy and flaky. The biggest advantage is the hotel's excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and going to the beach from both the front and back entrances. Right outside, you'll find various 7-Elevens, massage parlors, restaurants, and small shops. Cons: The shuttle bus was basically non-existent after the first day. When checking out, I just left my luggage in the room and went to check out, then had the shuttle pick it up for storage. If the shuttle service were improved, the overall rating would go up significantly. I stayed in late April, just before the May Day holiday, so the off-season was about to start. At 800+ baht per night including breakfast, I thought the value for money was good. If the price went above 1500 baht, the value would decrease. If I visit Phuket again, I would choose this hotel. "We enjoyed our stay here at 6th Ave. Roof top pool we could take our granddaughter to, restaurant upstairs (ordered room serv a few times and no.complaints). Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast a few days. 2 elevators, 7 floors, plenty of parking. We stayed in two different rooms (5th floor and 6th). Both had a balcony you were allowed to smoke on. Bedroom with door, bathroom in the bedroom, fold out couch (kind of old, and no idea if comfortable), coffee table, kitchen table (2 chairs), big fridge w/ sep freezer, elec cook top, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, and small selection of cooking stuff, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. My wife has stayed here before, and iwould come back to stay again myself."

"I stayed here for 5 nights based on a recommendation, and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly pleasant and clean, and the resort itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful pool with ocean views and a delicious breakfast spread. Every staff member was exceptionally kind. In particular, Manager Annie and Sungchul at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of us, making our honeymoon truly special and memorable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Annie, Sungchul, and the entire team for their hospitality! We had a fantastic time."

"First hotel at Phuket and also is the best hotel in our trip. Room is clean, staff is polite , and the restaurant is highly recommended, we checked in at 5pm and take a diner there , is surprised us and the price is reasonable compared to with other hotel here. We stay for two night , just one things for the rooftop bar, is need to go up the stairs…."
