GGuest UserWe had a delightful stay at the Sunwing Bangtao resort. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun at the pools and there were activities for the kids when they took a break from swimming. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel most evenings (kids' meals were free).
The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but the staff was very responsive. The resort is right on the beach, which was very convenient, although the waves were too strong for our young kids to play in much.
There are certainly nicer resorts in Phuket, but Sunwing provides excellent value for the price. Especially for a family trip, it really delivered. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis was our second stay at the hotel, and we booked two pool access deluxe rooms. Before arrival, we requested two connecting rooms, and the hotel made the arrangements for us. The breakfast was nicely arranged; although the selection was not very large, the food tasted good and the environment was comfortable with air conditioning. The main pool was excellent for enjoying time with friends, and the pool bar’s half-price happy hour offer was a great deal. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, as we found insect droppings on the bed and had to ask the staff to change the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases immediately. Also, only two bottles of water were provided daily, which was quite insufficient—we hope the hotel can supply more complimentary bottled water.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Burasari Phuket for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle.
The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a large balcony featuring a cozy, bed-style sit-out overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which really enhanced our stay. We also indulged in the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely top-notch. Highly professional and incredibly relaxing—a definite highlight of our trip!
The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hearty and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool bar, which had an impressive collection of cocktails and a fun, tropical vibe. The food overall was excellent, both in taste and presentation.
One of the standout features of Burasari is its proximity to the beach—just a 2-minute walk! The hotel even provides a beach basket free of charge, thoughtfully packed with towels, slippers, a mat, and an umbrella—making your beach visit effortless and enjoyable. Another bonus: the complimentary minibar, restocked daily, which includes beers you can take to the beach.
All in all, Burasari offers a complete vacation experience—great location, amazing amenities, and truly hospitable service. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

2 swimming pools, but only 1.1m deep.
Dissapointed about old toilet system and no have ”bum gun”. I lived in 7 floor there is low water pressure in shower.

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

3300438****Quite remote and desolate. The service was decent though, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese. Snorkeling was free, which was convenient. The pool was also good. Just be prepared that everything else costs extra. It's a good idea to buy some food beforehand and bring it to the island.

IIBRAHIM✈️A beautiful, clean, and very peaceful resort. The pools and gardens are fantastic. The only downside is the location—it's very far from Phuket City and Patong Beach. Be prepared for long taxi rides if you want to go out and explore. Highly recommended for total relaxation!
