I looked at three hotels on Emperor Island, and this one has the best value for money. You can snorkel right outside your room (other hotels require you to walk to the coast to snorkel), the environment is more natural and pristine, and the rooms are simply decorated but clean. The food in the hotel restaurant is average, and the items in the canteen are more expensive.
