Aside from the location being a bit far from the old town, everything else was great. Clean, affordable, and excellent service. It even has a kitchen. Great value for money. Definitely one of the top budget-friendly options!

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the pool is quite relaxing – not overcrowded like those in other central areas. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming.
It's about a 40-minute walk to Phuket Town center. I'd recommend taking a taxi; although it's not super far, walking there can be quite hot under the sun.
Nearby, there's a pretty big Big C supermarket and a Central shopping mall, both great for shopping and browsing. Dining options are also convenient.

This place was surprisingly great! Honestly, the location isn't bad at all; it's not too far from the main tourist areas. Renting a motorbike is definitely the most convenient way to get around. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel and a Tops daily across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby too; the Khao Rang rice porridge was delicious. If you walk a bit, you'll find famous spots like Go Benz, Jok Samui, and Neung Nom Nua. If you have a car, it's not far to Chum Cha Market or Naka Weekend Market. Or, head down the hill and you'll find Frans x Thongsmith, Rommanee Alley, and Phuket Old Town easily.
Speaking of the hotel itself, parking might be a bit of an issue for cars, but you can usually park along the roadside. The rooms have been newly renovated from the old hotel (Sino Inn). They're spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the water pressure is strong. There's a big fridge, which is handy for storing things.
The bed and pillows were soft, though the towels had a strong bleach smell. They don't provide many amenities apart from shampoo and shower cream, but for the price, it's fair. The balcony is wide and offers a view of Khao Rang hill.
Overall, I'd give this place a 9/10, especially considering the price I paid.

The hotel has a very minimalist and cozy design that makes the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The room was super comfortable — it genuinely felt like a home away from home.
Location was also really convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Phuket Old Town, so getting around for food, cafes, and sightseeing was very accessible.
One small detail that made the stay extra memorable was that they gifted us a personalized luggage tag 🧳 Such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel more personal.
Would definitely stay here again on my next visit

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Central, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Getting around was easy, and ordering Grab was hassle-free. The property also offers a swimming pool and fitness, which was a nice bonus.
The room was clean and comfortable. Although I encountered a small issue on my first night, I would like to give a special thanks to Khun Odd from the night reception. He was incredibly helpful in resolving the problem and kindly arranged a room change for me. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and willingness to assist, especially late at night. Despite the hour, he went above and beyond to find a suitable new room and ensure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service

Stayed for one day just to have a rest before an evening flight. So, can't judge fully, but this first and short impression is very good. Clean hotel, swimming pool, kind staff. Location is OK, close to Festival shopping mall. Hotel has many space to park the car. Good enough per price/quality ratio.
Thanks.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Phuket Old Town. The ground floor has a lovely café and restaurant, beautifully decorated. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself (which is pretty common for hotels in Phuket Town, so I understand). The room was quite small, similar to a budget hotel back home. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, which made for a less-than-ideal sleep. However, the service was excellent! They have a 24-hour front desk for check-out; we left at 5:30 AM, and there was still staff there to help, which I really appreciated. There are tons of local restaurants nearby, and it's also close to the airport bus stop. Highly recommend it for a layover.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
The original hotel I booked kept having power outages and then restarting. The hotel claimed it was normal, which was quite frustrating, so we ended up switching to this one at the last minute.
The front desk lady understood our situation and assured us that such issues would never happen here, and even upgraded our room type. She was absolutely wonderful!
The rooms here are a bit small, but the location is fantastic, right next to the Bell Tower. It's very convenient to walk to the night market and the old street.
Most of the staff were very polite, but the doorman at the entrance didn't help open the door, assist with luggage, or open the car door. This is a noticeable difference compared to other hotels like Holiday Inn where I've stayed.
The hairdryer is a high-speed one, which is really needed for long hair, but there was no amenity kit in the room – no cotton swabs or anything like that.
The hotel breakfast didn't have many options, leaning more towards a 'Western' style. It was enough to grab a quick bite before heading out to sea, which is quite close from here. If I come back, I'd still choose this place.

Aside from the hotel being a bit dated, I thought everything else was great. The staff were very welcoming; they came out to help with our luggage well in advance and escorted us to our room after check-in. Our room on the second floor, a pool-access room, was very convenient as it opened directly to the pool. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted excellent. The closest 7-Eleven is about a 7-8 minute walk away.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Mai Morn Resort. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature—perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere around the resort—it’s quiet yet not too far from key places in Phuket. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the garden area added a calming touch to the whole vibe.
If you’re looking for a calm and cozy place to stay with excellent service, I definitely recommend Mai Morn Resort. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Loved my stay here! The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.
The staff were very considerate, confirming my check-in time beforehand. Because my flight arrived late, I opted for self-check-in that day, leaving my form and key at the counter.
Phuket Old Town is within walking distance.
Entry and exit require a password and removing shoes.
If I had to suggest something that could be improved, I'd recommend adding more information and notes to the self-check-in form, such as mentioning that water is available in the kitchen. That would be much more helpful.
Because it was late that night, I assumed there wouldn't be any water provided, and that the refrigerator next to the counter was locked and required payment. However, I inquired with the staff the next morning and found it wasn't a major issue.
I think the floor cleanliness could be improved; I stepped on something dirty. The bedside lamp is in a really odd position, it shines on the bottom bunk when turned on, and things easily fall off it.
The accommodation is quite convenient for traveling. The accommodation is clean, the service is good, the check-in and check-out procedures are easy and fast.
The hotel is simple, clean and perfectly positioned for exploring Phuket Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay.
Just a couple of small points - the beds are very firm which won’t be to everyone’s liking and the you can hear some of the traffic noise but it wasn’t a major issue (just bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!)
Lovely modern hotel with a great pool! Our room was large and exceptionally clean with a super comfy bed. I was unwell when we arrived and the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in to our room early. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the big shopping centre, but other than that, is quite far away from the main attractions of Old Town (though Grabs there are pretty cheap!). The gym is ok but would benefit from some updated kit and AC 😊
The room was taken for one night. The criteria for choosing is the proximity of the bus station for early departure.
Not at a distance-minute five- there is 7-11 and local cafes.
A great hotel pool. Rooms are clean and gentle, with modern design. I recommend.
