We had a room with the pool view and it was really nice. The room itself is really modern and clean. Hotel comes with all amenities and facilities advertised. The breakfast is one of the best i had. The swimming pool is really really nice. Would highly recommend staying at the hotel. It can be a little long getting to places but i think its still in a good location.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our child. On the downside, there was a slight sewage smell in the room. When housekeeping came to clean, we asked them to come back in 10 minutes, but they only showed up 2 hours later when our child was asleep. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and responsive. We were particularly impressed with the play area, the clean swimming pool, the restaurant with its wide (and delicious!) selection of dishes, and the room with a PlayStation, billiards, and foosball. There's also a gym. It's an excellent option for families with children, and they've also thought of everything for guests with pets. We left very satisfied!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the terrace, which was advertised as open on the listing. However, upon arrival, we discovered that it was closed. This was a major selling point for us, so it was frustrating to find that the information provided was inaccurate. There is also no elevator, and having to carry luggage up four floors may be difficult for some guests. Another issue was the room safe, which was not functioning properly. The staff's solution was to use a 6V battery placed on the front of the safe. Since the battery was already there when we arrived, it seemed clear that the hotel was already aware of the problem and had chosen not to properly repair it. In the end, we decided to change hotels and were able to obtain a partial refund thanks to Trip.com's customer support. With so many accommodation options available in the area, I would personally recommend staying elsewhere.

Pros: The room was clean, though there was a slight musty smell in the hallway. I booked a small room as I was just passing through for some business in the area. The location is excellent; it's close to many popular shops, making it very easy to find food. The parking lot is spacious. Cons: The room seems to be in an old, renovated building. There's no elevator, but it's an easy walk. However, when people walk past the room and talk, you can hear every word. The room offers absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear everything – conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing. As they say, for the price, expecting too much would be strange.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The bed was just the right firmness, and the hotel's location is excellent and convenient, right in Phuket Town, making it perfect for getting around. However, the hotel lobby sometimes had no air conditioning during the day, and a 1000 baht deposit was required at check-in. We chose this place for its walkable proximity to attractions (conveniently, it was Sunday night market night during our stay). Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store, although there aren't as many convenience stores in town as in other areas, making them less dense and accessible. This is a suitable choice for a holiday in Phuket Town. There's also a pool, though it's a bit small and shallow, ideal for those who aren't strong swimmers. The hotel's design and style are also quite nice, fitting in well with the Phuket Town aesthetic; it looks like it's been recently renovated and redecorated.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made a great first impression by allowing me to check in early because my room was already available. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although it overlooked the nearby village rather than the main view, I didn’t mind at all since I rarely opened the curtains anyway. Unfortunately, one experience at the pool bar on our last night nearly ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay. We had bought KFC for dinner and simply wanted some ice. A hotel staff member suggested that we ask the pool bar for it. When we arrived, I noticed there was an air-conditioned restaurant area, so I politely asked for a cup of ice and whether we could enjoy our takeaway there. The lady working at the bar told me that it would be fine as long as we ordered at least one drink. That seemed perfectly reasonable, so I ordered a Mai Tai. However, I immediately noticed that she seemed annoyed. My boyfriend also commented that she came across as quite rude. While we were waiting for my drink, the lady spoke to her colleague loudly enough for me to hear. She asked, “Where are these people going to sit? If they’re sitting in the A/C room, I’m afraid it’s going to smell bad.” Her colleague looked visibly uncomfortable, as though he didn’t know how to respond. At that point, the atmosphere had become so awkward that my boyfriend suggested we simply return to our room to eat instead. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself. If takeaway food wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, that would have been completely understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was being told we could stay if we purchased a drink, only to be made to feel unwelcome after I had already ordered one. It felt misleading and unnecessarily embarrassing. I also don’t understand the concern about food smells, considering the air-conditioned area is a restaurant where people eat throughout the day. I would also like to mention that the gentleman serving us was polite, friendly, and professional. He seemed uncomfortable throughout the interaction and appeared to be seeking approval from the lady before responding to my questions. If she is the pool bar manager, I believe her attitude, communication, and customer service fall well below the standard expected in a hospitality role. In the end, we spent 280 THB on a Mai Tai, received a cup of ice, and left with an unpleasant experience that overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel because the rest of the staff and facilities were excellent. However, I would advise future guests to avoid the pool bar until the customer service there improves.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a water park and large shopping malls. The hotel is clean, and the beds are very good and comfortable. A huge thank you to the staff for celebrating my daughter's birthday; they brought four cupcakes and even sang a song.

The room is so big, we booked pool access room very nice great swimming pool especially for kids to swim, but there are two thing to complain is mosquitoes come to the room and AC is not cool enough.

The room had an excellent view and the pool was very clean. Breakfast was quite fancy. Phuket Town was a major landing point for refugees from Guangdong and Fujian during the late Qing Dynasty, so it's common to encounter Thai-Chinese people there. The area around the hotel is quite boring with nothing much to do, so if you're not interested, you can skip it.
