What a Lovely Stay! This is actually the first hotel I’ve ever reviewed on Trip.com, and I really wanted to share my experience because this place truly impressed me. The hotel is spacious, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, and the staff are all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help and provided complete and useful information whenever I had questions. The room itself had everything I needed, so I honestly didn’t feel the need to go outside at all. You could easily spend the whole day at the hotel and still have plenty to do. There are working spaces, baking facilities, a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, mountain and island activities, and many other things to enjoy within the property. I especially loved the green spaces around the hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and really relaxing. There are also bicycles available for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable and convenient. The location is another big plus. It’s close to 7-Eleven and various local shops, so getting snacks, drinks, or anything you might need is very easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The combination of a beautiful and spacious property, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful surroundings, and a convenient location made my stay really comfortable. Highly recommended, and I’m happy that my first Trip.com hotel review is for this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the pool and gym facilities are in good condition. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. There are also local mini-marts around the hotel. Central Mall is just across the road, and Naka Weekend Market isn't far either. The only downside is the highway between the hotel and Central Mall, which can be a bit noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Phuket. The facilities are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Moss and Hnui. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality, genuine care, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thank you, Moss and Hnui, for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Royal Phuket City Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket!

Had to extend my stay due to a sudden change in travel plans, so I booked a one-night accommodation. This is hands down my favorite hotel in Phuket Town! It might be off-season, as the bar next door wasn't noisy at night. The room was huge, with two air conditioners and a ceiling fan. The hotel grounds are lush, like a mini botanical garden. Absolutely loved it!

Pros: The room was clean, though there was a slight musty smell in the hallway. I booked a small room as I was just passing through for some business in the area. The location is excellent; it's close to many popular shops, making it very easy to find food. The parking lot is spacious. Cons: The room seems to be in an old, renovated building. There's no elevator, but it's an easy walk. However, when people walk past the room and talk, you can hear every word. The room offers absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear everything – conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing. As they say, for the price, expecting too much would be strange.

The front desk staff member named Mark was very enthusiastic and polite, making us feel right at home. The hotel's swimming pool was also very comfortable with excellent facilities, and the location is superb. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

We came here for the sole purpose of playing more tennis and the facilities didn’t disappoint! Great coaches, well kept courts, amazing staff service - really enjoyed ourselves and learned great tennis tips too. Breakfast was very basic and kitchen could have been faster for lunch service as well but overall the staff’s friendliness made up for it. Rooms were comfortable and spacious too, and I appreciated there was a rack in the balcony to dry my laundry and also a laundry room.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The bed was just the right firmness, and the hotel's location is excellent and convenient, right in Phuket Town, making it perfect for getting around. However, the hotel lobby sometimes had no air conditioning during the day, and a 1000 baht deposit was required at check-in. We chose this place for its walkable proximity to attractions (conveniently, it was Sunday night market night during our stay). Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store, although there aren't as many convenience stores in town as in other areas, making them less dense and accessible. This is a suitable choice for a holiday in Phuket Town. There's also a pool, though it's a bit small and shallow, ideal for those who aren't strong swimmers. The hotel's design and style are also quite nice, fitting in well with the Phuket Town aesthetic; it looks like it's been recently renovated and redecorated.

Absolutely loved the stay! The hotel has such a beautiful, warm and luxurious atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, with gorgeous wooden details, soft lighting and elegant interiors. The whole place feels calm, cozy and very premium — definitely gives that 5-star experience. The attention to detail is amazing, and it’s also such a photogenic hotel. 🤎✨ Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!
