We had breakfast once, the food was normal. We went to another hotel, and of course the money was not returned.

When we checked in, we were put in a room towards the road, it was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep, the cars were driving too loudly, and the mattress was also hard. But the next day they moved us to another room, towards the mountains, and the noise problem was solved. But the mattresses there are hard, which might be a plus for some. The sound is good, at night they walk loudly and slam doors from neighboring rooms. We were in another four, this hotel is inferior in price and quality. Not very new furniture, no clothes dryer, nowhere to dry swimsuits after the beach. The old door to the bathroom slammed shut on its own, so I had to open it with a spoon. A small thing, but also not great. The TV is old, not smart, YouTube cannot be connected. The beach is far away, about 15-20 minutes walk. Patong Beach, there are a lot of people during the season, unlike Kata, Karon and Kamala beaches. Heavy traffic, difficult to cross the road. Opposite there is a small market with things, there is a 7/11 nearby. There is also a fitness room. There is a swimming pool on the roof, where you cannot take food and drinks with you; the sun loungers are almost always occupied. Check-in is exactly at 15:00, they didn’t check in before, we had to wait. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel and it works reliably. Is there a safe in the room. The towels are white, but it is clear that they are no longer great. They clean every day and bring 1-2 bottles of water. They provide towels for the beach, but the paper entry system is very inconvenient. You have to wait until they find a name, a bunch of magazines, if you haven’t handed it in for 1-2 days. Why not replace it with cards is not clear. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the room, other 4 hotels have them for the money. Soap supplies are scanty, there is no puppy and no blades. There are no hand wipes either. There are only chopsticks, soap and a cap, shampoo and shower gel. The air conditioner works well. Breakfast is good, there is a variety, you can order breakfast to take with you if you go on an excursion. There are no scales in the room, if you need to weigh yourself or a suitcase there are scales downstairs for 10 baht, some have scales in the room, but not here.
