The location is good. Patong Beach is across the road, but the service is basically non-existent. It is similar to domestic fast-food chain stores. The fitness and swimming pool are shared with the hotel next door.

Very nice and clean Hotel, staff was very cooperative and polite. Good housekeeping was maintained in all areas, veey nice and beautiful pool. Rooms are spacious and well maintained toiletries and facilities. Very close to Patong beach. Location is ideal for spending days in Patong beach are. All amenities are nearby. Few hundred feet away feom main road so you are close by but without traffic sound.

I checked-in on April 18 and asked for a refund immediately within an hour. The hotel's air-conditioning system was not working and apparently has not been functioning properly since the last couple of weeks or so. The temperature is fixed at 27 degrees Celsius. The reception staff was kind enough to refund my payment and offer me a room in another bigger hotel (Baan Laimai) attached to Bandalo at the same rate.

Bad experience with hotel policy & reception staff name AIM I booked room for 2 people from Agoda and stay during 10-12 Apr 2024. I read and accept all of condition that show in agoda. My friend cancelled this trip and I have to stay here alone at 1st day and other friend may come to see me here. But when I did check-in. Reception show hotel condition that I have to give name of 2 people. If I check in alone and another person come after check-in, I have to pay 1000 thb extra. And yes, this condition doesn't show in agoda app. Staff name AIM told me that this condition was already showed in agoda, but it wasn't. And she asked me to cancel this booking if I don't accept this policy. My first & last time here for sure

I booked six rooms in your hotel on the Agoda website and stayed from March 9th to 16th, with different check-in dates every day. However, our family encountered an unpleasant incident while checking in on March 9th. I love the location. I love how near it is to walk to Patong beach. I love how you can enjoy your breakfast by overlooking the beautiful Patong beach. Bandalo doesnt have its own breakfast cafeteria and swimming pool but guests get to enjoy the facilities of Baan Laimai. 4 adults in the room and we struggled to share mirror because there was only one mirror in the entire room. The housekeepers missed out cleaning one of the corners of the room and a condom was lying around when we first checked in. The drain system in the bathroom was facing some issues. Despite we called for someone to come to clear it, it was still flooded and the water overflowed to outside of the bathroom. These are just a bit of the 'demerits' of our stay.
