Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en villa 2 chambres avec piscine. La chambre est très moderne et bien équipée. L’espace extérieur est immense avec un billard. Le restaurant international et Italien est très bon. Nous tenons surtout à souligner la gentillesse du personnelle et sa disponibilité. Notre gouvernante Natty a été d’une aide exceptionnelle durant notre séjour sur l’île et à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable! Merci We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool. The room is very modern and well equipped. The outdoor space is huge with a snooker table. The international and Italian restaurant is very good. We would especially like to highlight the kindness of the staff and their availability. Our housekeeper Natty was exceptionally helpful during our stay on the island and did everything to make our stay pleasant! THANKS

We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was beautiful and we received a wonderful welcome to our room. We were allocated a butler who on day one was very attentive. The service on the second day from the butler was a little lacking. However they had a corporate conference going on which took away staff. We visited the spa which was amazing, the deep tissue massage was fantastic. The food in the everything restaurant is average and the services is ridiculously slow. We had to complain about the service on both days. The first day we asked about our food three times, it finally turned up after 45 minutes overcooked and dried up. The food at the seafood restaurant is beautiful although the day we visited they had sold out of most of the seafood by 8pm. But again the service was shocking we waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks and the wine was not chilled when it arrived. The restaurant staff are pleasant enough but seem to lack motivation to work. Big shout out to the reception staff, the golf cart drivers and spa staff who are great. They all received tips unfortunately the restaurant guys did not because the service really is very poor.

Niestety nie polecam-Hotel 5* nie zasługuje. Położenie Hotelu -zdala od zgiełku. Forma podawania jedzenia tj objadu to jakaś masakra . Zamówisz z karty w barze oczekujesz prawie 2h godziny na posiłek a i tak nie dostajesz tego co zamówiłem . Potem dostajesz paragon na którym okazuje się że doliczają ci za niektóre posiłki kwotę . Nawet wtedy kiedy jesteś na all inclusive . Latają z paragonami i każą podawać nr pokoju a potem podpis. Pamiętajcie żeby wydostać się z wyspy za darmo graniczy z cudem hotel nie zapewnia wystarczająco miejsc dla swoich klientów . Łòdki darmowe do 10 osób są w wyznaczonych godzinach rano i wieczorem częstotliwość co 1 h ale trzeba pamiętać żeby skorzystać trzeba się wcześniej zapisać w recepcji- zwykle brak miejsc i zmuszony jesteś płacić za prywatną . Łódź prywatne dostępne cały czas wyjazd z hotelu 500 bat powrotną 700 bat w godzinach wieczornych. Doba hotelowa kończy się o godz 12 wszyscy klienci zostali wymeldowani o god 10 : 30 . Ale trzeba mieć na uwadze że w dniu wyjazdu nie obowiązuje już all inclusive obsługa tłumaczy że tylko do godz 10:30 mamy all inclusive . Alkohole i objad podają od 11:30 więc już nie dla osób wybierających wersję all . W hotelu zapłacisz tylko gotówką w batah lub kartą, nie przyjmują dolarów $. Obsługa w barze przy basenie chłopaki starają się-brawo .

A wonderful resort located on Coconut island, the great experience since the arrival til the in villa check in service. We booked villa, which is amazing, well maintained with private pool. The Mattress is firm and comfortable, you have so many different places to chill in your own villa. The club car is stand by to drive us anywhere we want in resort, water is clean. Breakfast is tasty with variety, Khun Nop and Khun Peking is very welcoming and helpful you can feel their passion to interact with customers, which I really like it. Everything here is amazing. Thank you Villa Escape Burasari.
