1. There are no commercial facilities around the hotel, and it is still five or six kilometers away from the Frog Night Market;
2. Most of the tourists come to this hotel, so there are many buses parked at the door at one or two o'clock in the morning, which is very noisy;
3. This hotel divides Chinese and Europeans into different areas, and all the accommodations for Europeans and Americans are arranged inside, while the accommodations for Chinese are all arranged on the street, so it is very noisy when sleeping at night;
4. This hotel has only one bright spot, the balcony is directly connected to the swimming pool, so you can decide for yourself. I chose this hotel because it is close to the Royal Pier, but I still regret it.
5. Hygiene: The room was still being cleaned after we checked in, and the sheets were not changed. We used disposable sheets

The room is average in size. But everything is already old. The soul splashes in different directions. Breakfast and lobby are outdoors. Breakfast is hot. The air conditioners in the room are old and blow on the bed. In the morning you wake up with a cold.

We requested a quiet room and we got it. Thank you for that perfect service and the early checkin. The swimming pool was very nice and you have access from any room. The water is very warm and comfortable.
The room, bed and shower cabin was very clean and everything was working. AC is quiet also and the air direction to the room not to the bed. The breakfast was better than other hotels. Additionally had cold Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Cold Milk Coffee. The breakfast area was outside with some air from swimming pool and a nice view to the lake nearby. We enjoyed unfortunately only one night because other days were fully booked.
We recommend this hotel in any way. Thank you for the nice stay here. Josef & Chuleeporn

The hotel is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the unique swimming pool. The rooms have direct access to the pool. The immediate surroundings are unfortunately not much, but the location is strategic to visit the island and the beaches with a rental car. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with both local and international dishes. I will definitely return 😊
