It was very convenient to check in at Phuket Airport when I landed at Phuket Airport alone with two children. Firstly, it was very close to the airport. Second, they have a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk named Mango. The service is very enthusiastic and it is very convenient to communicate and ask for directions. The third is that although the hotel is not big, it is very, very new. One building is still being renovated, but it does not interfere with check-in at all. Although the hotel's breakfast is not very rich, I think it has everything it needs. Fourth, the hotel's swimming pool water is quite clean because I see staff cleaning it every day. The only small drawback is that the place is a bit remote, but it is very convenient for me to take a taxi with Bolt. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Patong Beach by taxi, which is not bad.
