Booked 2 rooms for 4nights each on arrival was met by the cleaner she rang the owner who said we had no bookings. The owner wouldn't come down so we had to ring Agoda our booking agent who in the end was told the hotel had sold our rooms and they were full. No reception terrible communication don't go there. Left stranded after travelling all day.

A hotel with broken air conditioning, water leaking in heat, impossible to fall asleep. Windows breaking with a gap we hear all the noise from the street I had the impression that people were chatting in my room so much we can all hear yet when we come back from our trip we are very tired but with such noise it is impossible to sleep. No cleaning done in the room. Cold shower water. I informed the hotel that I had canceled my other night. The hotel did not want to reimburse me for my next nights that I canceled.
