This hotel was terrible for me personally! There seems to be an overall lack of maintenance and attention to details with upkeeps. I was incredibly disappointed with the condition of the room i was given. However, the staff were amazing! They offered to transfer me to Sugar Marina Pop which was better. Overall I wouldn’t recommend either of these hotels if you’re looking for 4* standards, service and attention to details.

The stay was okay, though I must say the rooms are a bit old, the AC was noisy and smelly ,tv is too small and weirdly placed . Breakfasts 5/10 .
Would be great to have ice for the guests in case someone needs it for an iced coffee or any drink . Strange that you can get an ice coffee when you order room service but can get just a cup of ice for your breakfast coffee and you have to drink it hot as if it’s not hot enough outside .
The bed wasn’t comfortable , instead of getting a one bed I’ve got two joined together and as the mattress was suuuuuper thin as well as all blankets and pillows , I could fill the edges of two beds or my foot was stuck in between . Not nice .
Though I must say that the stuff was very helpful and fixed all the issues with the AC etc but still when you are on holiday it’s not what you want to be bothered about , just relax and not to worry about the smell or noise .

I had an amazing stay in this hotel . I was here for 14 days on the second floor. I had a lovely view on the swimming pool . Cleaning ladies were coming everyday and they would make my room clean . I was happy about that because it was really good cleaning and they were all so polite. Reception desk gave me information whenever I needed something. I wish you all the best there , prosper business!

The place is really nice ! Lobby area is interesting! The staff is really helpful especially dear Fah always ready to assist! We really enjoyed the stay! Location is very good !

The place esp the rooms really needs a new makeover. the pictures shown here is totally different. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. The room smell musky and i’d purchase room air freshener to make my 5d4n stay more amicable. Mosquitoes were quite alot and purchasing some mozzie repellant helps abit and yet u will still get some mosquito bites. Breakfast was okay with limited choices daily. I will say for a family trip with a toddler it tends to get uncomfortable however the service and friendliness of the staffs are very pleasant.

A friendly hotel at a great location. Clean spacious room with a balcony.. Room for improvement in the pillows provided. They were soft without much foam filling in it. Overall, value for money.
