房間很乾凈，服務也可以，緊挨着班贊海鮮市場，非常繁華的位置，離711很近，屋子有一些小，晾曬衣服有些麻煩！

the hotel is located very close to Junceylon Mall and about 5-7 minutes walk to Bangla Road// 10-15 minutes walk to Patong Beach. The hotel is doing a great job keeping you from all the noisy roads outside. The staff are very nice and friendly. We had an issue connecting to the wifi and they fixed the issue right away when we informed them. The air-con in the room is kinda located in a strange area causing the airflow not to work well if you are sleeping on the wrong side of the bed. the bathrooms are very nice and clean. Overall, it is a great spot to stay for our short trip to Phuket!

The location is very good, but just because of Patong is a very small town and nothing to shop, but for relax and our purpose of for praying during the September month festival. Overall the hotel is good and I will come back next year again.

Emplacement de l'hôtel parfait, d'ailleurs c'est pour cela que je l'ai choisi,
Par contre accueil a la réception décevant voir désagréable, personnel parlant à peine anglais, clim défectueuse, évacuation de douche bouchée, celle-ci signalée a la réception n'a jamais été arrangée, isolation des chambre inexistante, tous les bruits du bangla stadium ressentis, aucune discrétion des personnels de chambre le matin, bruits dans les couloirs, portes qui claquent, des rires...
Personnels de chambre pas motiver a faire la chambre (même durant leurs heures de travail), ni a changer les draps.
A fuir, séjour gâché par ce manque de professionnalisme

Super emplacement mais énormément de points négatifs.
Pas de penderie, juste des ceintres accrochés à une barre.
Climatisation juste au dessus du lit et très bruyante.
Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres.
Piscine qui ferme à 18h au lieu des 20h prévu initialement.
Lorsque le service de chambre passe le sol n'est pas nettoyé et la litterie changée 1 fois sur 3.
Le personnel est très limité en anglais et aussi très désagréable.
D'autres hôtels dans la même rue sont beaucoup mieux et avec un personnel sympathique.
Première et dernière fois que je viens dans cet hôtel.
