Good location and access to the busy streets of the city

I have a great impression about this hotel. It's a really nice hotel. Good service. The staff on reception is very friendly and helped very quickly 😊. I got a very nice room overlooking swiming pool. The restaurant for breakfast is amazing! 2 big swiming pools. Definitely recommend to visit this hotel for holidays. Everything is great ❤️

Location is near to the beach. We booked the pool access room which was awesome. We had our “private” pool area and also access to the public pool area. Front desk service was okay, but room service staff was much more friendlier and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The service was great staff prepared a honeymoon suite for us. But unfortunately the hotel it self was not what i expected, it is so old there was rust on the shower and toilet floor. At breakfast i found hair in my food and the next day i saw a dead cockroach in the dinner area. The house keep never changed my sheets 4the whole 4night stay, only made the bed eachday.

Food normal, vibe so good, cleanliness little bit dirty, service so worse than last year. But premium room is so comfortable

unable to extend the room and the workers gave unclear information when checking in. overall, amenities could be improve however they are still attentive.

the location is prime, everything is walking distance, highly recommend this becoz you don't have to worry about calling taxi . there is only one restaurant, the breakfast is very basic, nothing fancy. we stayed at pool access room. not bad. but the room size is relatively small compare with other hotel

The so-called 'happy hour' at the hotel was at a bloody awkward time 1-3pm people are usually at the beach No wonder the pool bar looked everyday washed up and bloody dull as a Sunday afternoon.

I come back to stay here again. Andaman Embrace Patong Hotel. I perceived a nice change. They keep the entire room fresh and clean and the scenery inside the hotel looks warmer #Let the pictures tell the story.

Honestly the hotel is good but not 5 star. The location is fare enough its in between the beach and the nightlife about 700 meters or 10 minutes walking. The breakfast is good. The room is big enough and the swimming pool is clean. One of the staff her name BEAU here approache was so rude when i was talking to the supervisor for upgrade she was negatively telling her they should pay money. This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel hence there was neither support nor execuses. PANG was the supervisor. what i need from the hotel staff management is to teach the reseption guys how to deal with customers

Stayed at this hotel for the second time! I see a big improvement here! Loving their new breakfast setting, more variety and better quality. New pool and their bar is just lovely, my daughter had lots of fun swimming while I enjoyed the cocktails, Strawberry daiquiri is the best!!!!

Andaman Embrace Patong is the perfect resort for honeymoon. Our room was amazing with pool view. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly and kind. It was a really nice experience and I hope to visit again.

Very near main activity area and beach. Friendly staff and nice facilities.

It ‘s under construction and the lift is broken. Not very convenient. Hotel’s close to the beach.
