Best Western Patong Beach Reviews

Very good location, walking distance to Patong beach, surrounded by restaurants. The hotel sound proof system is not good can hear people talking at middle of night along corridor. Relaxing and enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast is delicious

Staffs and crews were nice and accommodating.

Hotel location is convenient as its realy near to the main attraction of patong beach - bangla street night market and jungceylon mall. Price was good too.

Big hotel close to infamous redlight destrict of Patong (Bangla street). The hotel is directly on a very big street so day and night quite much traffic with loud motorbikes and music from different bars. Nice but small rooms and yes there might be some bugs found now and then like in almost every hotel here. Little pool with some sunchairs on the rooftop and a little bar - of course again very loud not only from the street but also the hotel itself has some nice but far too loud music playing there already early afternoon. Absolutely zero noise protection by doors or ealls or window: Not only will you hear everything from outside but also literally every word from people in neighbor rooms or on the corridor. Early on the morning housekeeping constantly talks and screams loudly in the corridor and many people slam their doors. All in all - don't expect to find a quiet peaceful long sleep here. Make sure you bring your own towels as the old ones provided by the hotel are unusable as the all have an extremely disgusting smell. Fresh from the laundry but stinking loke made especially when you rub your wet skin after a shower. Really bad. You will find similar review comments on the net but they seem not to care. People should complain personally about it forcing them to finally address these problems as you clearly expect more from a best western.
