Worth the price

Just amazing guys.

The hotel has a very long swimming pool. The pool water and facilities are very clean. Because there are not too many rooms, it is very quiet. The staff are also very enthusiastic and friendly. It is worth a visit.

Super bad review, don't book this hotel. There are serious safety hazards! The service attitude is poor, the sanitary conditions are very bad, there are diapers from the previous customer in the trash can when checking in, the balcony door on the first floor is rotten and not repaired, and there is no lock. There is a public swimming pool outside the balcony, and everyone can enter the room. The air conditioner was turned on for half an hour and it didn't cool at all. I couldn't fall asleep at night in Thailand with a high temperature of 40°. The bathroom hardware and toiletries are also cheap. In addition, the most important problem is that I reported so many problems to the hotel front desk, but they didn't deal with it after waiting for three hours. I kept contacting the person in charge of this hotel through Ctrip's official customer service, but was pushed around until the next afternoon. And it was just one sentence: No master came to repair during the Spring Festival, sorry. I asked for a refund and didn't check in, but was rejected. Such hotel service and attitude can't survive a day in China. I wrote down my experience as a reminder, hoping that my friends in China will not have the same bad experience as me.
