I don't know whether the hotel requested this or the staff was deliberately making things difficult. While I was waiting at the front desk, I haven’t seen any European and American guests need to wait like this. Is it discrimination against Chinese people, or are Chinese people just so unlucky? ! ! The accompanying old man could only wait patiently until at 2:25 I pointed out very seriously that your hotel strictly controls the check-in time. I did not get a reply. A few minutes later, a lady appeared and took us into the room. . During the check-in process, you had to carry your luggage yourself, but the male staff member did not show up. My family started to have a fever at night. There was no thermometer in such a large hotel. After the male staff member told me that there was no thermometer, he did not ask or help. I have always felt that Thai people are very friendly and kind, but I did not leave a good impression here. I will never come to this hotel again. If my family asks me, I will never recommend this hotel. Regardless of the discrimination against Chinese people in the hotel I feel very sad whether it is personal discrimination by the staff.
