I have to say this resort is another level. We love the resort, love the services love the good food! 2D1N is not enough, def will stay another few more night next time!

服務非常一般.達不到這個酒店價格的檔次.不知道是不是五一期間太多人了.居然沒給開夜床.很少住3500+的酒店沒這個服務的.退房的時候給前台説了，她還問是不是設了請勿打擾.根本就不是.反正就是跟的不足.提前備註了是過生日.甚至是護照上的同一生日日期也一點表示都沒有.退房的時候一問，又説一般都有準備蛋糕的.可能他們忘了.
設施的話因為泰國實在太熱了.島上三家餐廳衹有1家是室內有空調的.中午簡直受不了.
總之不值得專門去.上島出島太轉折了.

The food was incredible. Massage was a highlight too. Activities could have been offered better (e.g travel to other islands, snorkelling etc)

非常滿意 服務非常好 工作人員很親切 態度也非常好！ 酒店獨島獨酒店 私密性也很好很安靜 喜歡這種安逸的度假生活。早餐很豐富 島上活動也多 zbar的落日儀式我也很喜歡！

首先島上的環境是不錯的，人少，海灘很乾凈，幾家餐廳也都符合口味，晚上泳池邊會有駐唱，上島儀式是有的，氛圍很到位，適合情侶出行。
但是房間衞生一般，馬桶間、洗漱間、沖涼房是沒有空調的，這個氣温實在折磨。洗澡水是海水加熱的，有鹹味，洗完身體也是滑滑的（沒有擦防曬）。mini bar是收費的，送的玻璃瓶飲用水有一股臭味，所以那幾天都拿來刷牙用了，喝水是跟酒店買的依雲。
最重要的是島上個別服務人員存在歧視華人，媚白，對中國人就變臉，我們換房間遺漏了充電線在房內，酒店竟然不歸還了，説是沒看到，這是從來沒遇到過的。

這個酒店性價比太高了
很像馬爾代夫一島一酒店的設定
落日酒吧，無邊泳池，隨時都有buggie，別墅和普通房間都很划算，週末晚上有泰國舞蹈表演，另一邊酒吧有歌曲表演，每天都有各種課程和活動安排，我參加了烹飪課和啤酒瑜伽，挺有趣的。下次有機會還會去，適合住個3天吧。
