This time during the Chinese New Year, I saw direct flights and decisively chose Phuket. Since I only booked two nights, the hotel did not provide airport transfers. According to the guide, it seemed that three nights would be available. Waiting for the bus on the road, the traffic jam somewhat affected my mood, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk staff welcoming me with smiles on their faces, and the bad mood was swept away. Aman's service decision was the ceiling. When I arrived in the room, I was very moved when I saw the layout of the room (I informed Ctrip in advance that it was an anniversary and I hoped to get the layout). Everywhere you go in the hotel, there will be staff greeting you with a smile, and they will find out any of your needs in a timely manner. There are no service staff who can speak Chinese in the hotel. It is a bit laborious to order in English, but it does not affect communication at all. The hotel has its own beach with very fine sand. We borrowed the hotel's snorkeling tools and boats to have fun. When you are tired, you can read and relax on the beach. There is also a special kidsclub for children. Just put your children there (over four years old), and the staff inside will be very patient and play with them. It is really a standard holiday feature.

Ceiling-level experience and service

Good service, few people, good privacy, disadvantages are many steps, big waves not suitable for swimming, Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant are not bad, afternoon tea is nice but too sweet, more a**ospheric than Magnificent, house density is small, but Magnificent sea view is good

The service is average. The three-bedroom sea view pool villa 4w+ is completely different from the pictures on Ctrip. It is impossible to go down to the beach from the room, and there are rocks below. There is nothing to see or special in that sea, and the sunset can't be seen either. Going to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day is completely a la carte, and it is very difficult without a Chinese menu. The restaurant waiter service is not active and enthusiastic, and the experience is very poor. It is more comfortable to have breakfast in the villa the next day. There is no housekeeper, so you can find the front desk if you have anything to do. There was no activity at the hotel either. Children only have game consoles to play in the children's center. The main pool is very sunny and no one swims. If it is not for the high price of living in a swimming pool villa, I personally think that the pavilion is not interesting, and we are just swimming in the villa, and there is nothing to play. There is almost nothing outside the door, and it is impossible to go shopping or something. Turn left at the door and there is a riverside restaurant that serves cheap and delicious Thai food. The twin brother restaurant at the entrance of the hotel is not bad and more expensive than the previous one. The hotel is full of big slopes that go up and down, so you can't walk freely, you can only call a shuttle bus.

Aman Hotel is the benchmark in the industry. Staying at Aman will never disappoint you. This time staying at Amanpuri is even more impressive, especially their breakfast and dinner are very delicious, and they are unique and impressive. Their beach scene is very fine sand, and there are many things to play. The seebob we played is super fun, and it is so cool to drive it to dive and watch fish.
