非常差！！！服務差！服務員像欠了他八百萬一樣！！！房間差！！標間床小的像保姆間！所有看到的設施都是發黃生銹的！！！吃的差！酒店早餐都不讓人吃飽上一份就不給吃了！酸奶都不給吃！

六千多一晚的酒店完全不該是這種服務 真是很久沒住過讓我寫差評的酒店了 去過這麼多次布吉 這是最爛的酒店 服務甚至不如一千多的好 餐廳服務員還會抬槓 早餐點餐制度，十點半結束 在十點三十二我們提出要添加一個小薯餅 服務員非常強硬的拒絕説用餐時間已經結束，我們提出為什麼不提醒一下我們 她説沒有那個義務。房間設施老舊 連個藍牙音響必須要用卡的要死的ipad 服務員自己搞半天都搞不好還要打電話問別人。 房間裏還特意放個中文牌子説超出兩瓶水要收錢 真的excuse me？那個瓶子無敵難擰還把我的手劃了一個大口子。床單也是非常磨皮膚非常硬 洗漱用品質量也是差差差。總之就是絕對不會再去

酒店裡景色確實不錯，尤其是每天吃早餐的時候，是讓我感覺最舒服的，但是酒店的晚餐確實不咋行，建議還是出去吃。
入住了幾天，總體還是非常不錯的，值得打卡體驗

作為10年旅行博主！住過太多高奢酒店，第二次來katarocks，也是最後一次！！非常差！酒店老舊，關鍵服務人員個個很怠慢，臭臉，真晦氣！！早餐服務稀巴爛 點菜稀巴爛，前台也是陰陽怪氣，叫bagi車 開車在那裡裝大爺，完全不理會！！這個酒店對中國客人尤其愛答不理。差評！！其他人要去的話 你們慎重考慮，去了你就知道什麼叫吃虧！全酒店就一個小破泳池，沒了！啥也沒有！在一個臟破的巷子裏！交通稀巴爛。酒店上下繞來繞去頭都暈，還有幾個臭臉服務員。真的很噁心！！差評！！
