There are almost never people to serve...no reception or security

The location is very good. It is 800 meters away from Rawai Seafood Market. There are many supermarkets and snacks along the road. It is very convenient to stay. I like this swimming pool very much.

I came to Phuket to practice boxing and stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time I was very satisfied. It’s much more comfortable than when I came here 3 years ago! The staff are polite, the rooms are nice, and the swimming pool is clean. Think about the hundreds and thousands of mosquitoes roaming the country, the room rate for this hotel is 230 mosquitoes! What else can you complain about... Of course, Rawai is far away and there is not much to do nearby. I came here to practice boxing, so I stayed here for a long time. Anyway, my dad is very satisfied hahahaha. (I’m afraid everyone will know about this treasure hotel😓) ps: It’s 8 minutes away from the Shenxian Peninsula and there are many Chinese tour groups haha

Good location, but the hotel itself is very old and unkempt from the outside. The pool is dirty, the flower beds on the veranda of the room have become a haven for frogs, and tadpoles really “grow up” there, a “toad symphony” begins every night. The room itself is large, with a huge TV, a large bed, but not very pillows ... The tulle on the window is moldy, a mushroom sprouted on the bathroom floor under the shower ...

Where to start ? This hotel is synonymous with paradise and tranquility. We stayed there for almost a week even though we were supposed to stay there for only 2-3 nights. First point, the premises. We stayed in a luxury suite which lived up to its name. A living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as direct access to the wonderful, almost private swimming pool given how busy it is. The living room is very well air-conditioned and has a gigantic flat screen TV with YouTube and Netflix. There is a first bathroom as well as a second upstairs. Concerning the floor: you will find a spacious, very comfortable king side bed, a sofa, a dressing table and a huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The room also has air conditioning as well as a huge balcony with a view of the swimming pool and space to hang your clothes. Second point and not least, the service. Special mention to the receptionist Melissa who gave us an excellent stay thanks to her professionalism and constant good humor. Any small problem had a solution with her. The hotel offers a multitude of full-fledged services such as a paid laundry where you can wash and iron your dirty laundry and bring it to your suite within 1 day. As another service, you will find the possibility of scooter rental. There is also a very convenient catering service. In fact, you just need to order your included breakfast the day before on their site to receive it the next morning at your suite at the time you want. This service applies to any other hunger during the day. It is open 24/7. You just have to pay in cash. Third and final point, cleanliness. Cleaning is done every day at the time of your choice. Even your dishes room and wash for reuse. The sheets are clean. The pool water is changed at least once a day. The manager is also very nice and very welcoming. We were even able to benefit from a discount due to our loyalty to this hotel during our stay in Thailand. I recommend you 100% and with my eyes closed.
