Great location. Large room with a good view. We took breakfast and liked it.
The only negative is that the hotel requires some updating and maintenance.

Очень низкопробный отель. 1. Заселили нас в номер категории ниже, чем мы бронировали (в обычный вместо номера с видом на бассейн. Поэтому жили с видом на грязные крыши и улицу). Оплата была сразу при бронировании , отказаться мы уже не могли. На ресепшне просто сказали, что отель уже полный, и нас не переселят. Такой обман - самое неприятное, доверие к отелю было сразу подорвано. 2. Внешний вид отеля удручающий, какие 3 звезды? рядом стоит абсолютно облезлое здание, мимо которого нужно идти ко входу. 3. Огромное окно в туалет из комнаты - это жесть) мы наивно полагали, что жалюзи решат проблему - но они прозрачные ))) если вы не готовы видеть своих соседей по номеру на унитазе и моющимися в ванной/душе - вам не подойдет это проживание. Интимности и личного пространства в этом плане ноль. 4. В последний день (из 3 дней) потек кондиционер 5. Ванна сломана и не спускала воду очень долго. Пока принимаешь душ, стоишь в этой «несмытой» воде 6. Уборка номера стучит в дверь и сразу заходит , в 9 утра (особенно это впечатлило 1 января)) В целом, мы не могли дождаться, когда съедем оттуда. A complete scam. Upon arrival, the hotel room was covered in food crumbs, every surface was disgusting, and the smell was horrid. The photos online were anything but accurate to what I experienced in person. After 20 minutes of being in the room, I could not stand the filth anymore and went downstairs to ask for a refund and to cancel my reservation. The staff was the most disrespectful and rude group of individuals I had ever interacted with in my many weeks here in Thailand. The female manager who wouldn’t provide her name to me proceeded to use the excuse that I should understand what “for the price of the room, this is what to expect”. Since when has the price of a hotel room dictated what a basic level of cleanliness is? There was not a single ounce of professionalism amongst the staff, so if you are even considering this hotel, take this advice and do not stay here. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would.

This is the worst experience I had in my trip to Thailand. I regret that we selected thieves and worst service, staff is very arrogant and was laughing when I realized that they still my money and still my presents from my luggage bag from room. Manager was screaming to us. This is inappropriate to talk like that with guests! Never ever again and please all be aware of this place! Plus bedbugs. Horrible experience!

Not bad but a little underwhelmed. Yes cost was low but place was a bit run down. Room a bit run down. Needs some TLC. In fact, it needs a new sign at top of the driveway. Hard to find the small laneway to the hotel.
