We rested with my husband from March 17 to 27. The hotel's excellent location, close to many cafes, money exchangers, the Jungceilon shopping center, the Banzaan night market (go right - if you stand with your back to the hotel) and also close to the Malin Plaza market (go left), Bangla Road. I would like to mention one cafe, where it is very tasty and has reasonable prices - almost opposite, across the road from the hotel - called Restaurant No. 6. The beach is 10-15 minutes away, but the road is not soaring at all. We walked through the shopping center and further along Bangla Road. And from the minuses: The faucet at the sink was shaking, a Thai guy came 1 time, turned it, looked and said he would do everything. But in the end he did nothing. And the shower... it was certainly something, water flowed down the edge right onto the toilet and flooded the floor of the bathroom. It’s better not to hang the shower, but to hold it in your hands and wash))) In order to avoid a flood. We had a room on the 8th floor - 806. And also the disadvantage is high audibility - the first 2 days it was hard to sleep without earplugs, but then I got used to it! A pheasant that starts singing at 6 o'clock in the morning - you are beautiful! I won’t forget you!🤣 But these are all little things, I think. We need to go with a positive attitude, we only spent the night in the room! There are amazing beauties in Thailand and nothing can spoil your mood!!! Breakfast was the same every day: scrambled eggs, sausage, sausages, rice, noodles, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, watermelon, tea and coffee, milk, bread, jam. I would also like to note a nice swimming pool with a bar, a beautiful view from the roof, especially in the evening) Our flight was changed from 10 pm to 9:30 am, our stay was extended by Fun&Sun without additional charges. Everything is fine! I would go back! Of the budget options, this is the best, I recommend it👍🏻

Good hotel. Conveniently located. The room was in the building where the reception was located - comfortable and tidy. The view was of the mountain. The air conditioning worked and there was always water in the shower. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Wifi is throughout the hotel and very good. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. The staff is responsive. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the sea, almost in a straight line. Markets and shops nearby. Disadvantages - bed linen is not changed, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes, small selection of food at breakfast. I can recommend this hotel despite its shortcomings! I rested for 2 weeks in December. Choose a room in the building where the reception is - they are much better than those in the building where the massage parlor is.

The hotel doesn’t bring much joy, but there’s also nothing to complain about. The room we got on the 3rd floor is relatively fresh, the furniture is a little shabby but doesn’t catch the eye. It’s a 15-minute walk to the sea, but I advise you not to skimp on a taxi and at least a couple of times visit Karon beach where the water is cleaner and the sand is completely different. There is a small pool on the roof of the hotel, my wife and I only went up once, looked and actually forgot, it’s stupid to fly to Thailand to spend a vacation by the pool, but as an option we can write it down as a plus. They clean every day, in general there are no complaints about the cleaning, everything is clean, leave a small tip (50-100 rubles) and you will not become poor and the person will be interested. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, you can immediately refuse, the menu is sooooo very limited, basic which scrambled eggs and boiled rice. And finally - hotel guides, forget once and for all! We met on the appointed date, listened to a short lecture, created a general chat on WhatsApp where you will receive information about the return transfer to the airport and that’s it, goodbye! And those excursions what he will sell you can be bought for a third cheaper or even more right on the street, but it’s better to find out in advance about similar offices of which there are a great many in Thailand. Well, that’s about it. It was our first time in the country and definitely not the last. I really liked it, even for me, a pampered all-inclusive person. Welcome to the “land of a thousand smiles”! My husband and I come to this hotel 2 times in a row. I like the hotel for its location, there are shops, cafes and an evening market nearby. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is clean, they are cleaned every day with a change of towels. Beach towels were not provided this year (last year they were). It's a 15 minute walk to the beach, it didn't bother us. The staff is friendly. There is an inexpensive cafe and massage on site. There is breakfast at the hotel, but we didn't go. Take a good mood and go relax!

This is my first time leaving a negative review, but I can’t help myself. I vacationed in Patong several times, even by luck the hotel was better. When we checked in, there were no rooms available for us, we were placed in some neighboring building, in a room with very little space, the water tap did not work well, everything was very old, the photo on the website did not correspond to reality, we contacted the tour operator, feedback was only a day later, and they didn’t help at all, the next morning the staff woke us up at 9 am and moved us out, moved us to a new room only after two, the room was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep, you could hear the noise, apparently from the air conditioners, we were still waiting when the towels are delivered, their car with linen arrives late, they clean in the morning, take the towels, and bring them later, there are no beach towels, for breakfast there is only an omelet, bread and drinks, and then once I stood in line for 20 minutes, they said, that the eggs are gone and there is no milk. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel, it’s better to consider something else, the impressions are only negative.

In May, upon arrival at this hotel, we were very surprised, because judging by the reviews, we expected the worst. A modest hotel not far from all the nightlife, there are no living creatures in the hotel. Breakfast is modest, but we never left hungry. Once we asked to be fed early because we were leaving early for an excursion, to which we received a specific NO. The biggest plus of the hotel is the swimming pool, from which people are not kicked out 24 hours a day. In October, we vacationed in this area again, and my wife and I decided to go to this hotel as “illegals” to see what and how. The hotel is very tired after several months, the plaster is falling off, the elevator is all tattered, on the 9th floor the corridor leading to the roof to the pool is in terrible condition.

When traveling around Thailand, I always choose a budget hotel with a good location as a base. The location is the only plus of this hotel. The rest is a cesspool. The rooms are tired, but you can spend the night. The staff frankly hate tourists. And this is in the land of smiles. All requests and comments are responded to aggressively. Problems with the room are not fixed, there is no drinking water, breakfast is animal food.
