Old hotel. Well located. But the number of rooms is maximally worn out. Everything is old! It's not pleasant to live in such a place. Swimming pool with hot water. The bathroom is in terrible condition. The furniture is old. The air conditioner is loud - it's hard to sleep at night.
The location is super good, quiet, view of the golf course, close to everything. But everything is falling apart.

Unfortunately due to there extra cost of 1000 THB ($42 AU) for cleaning, and the excessive electricity cost of 1480 for ($60 AU) 7 days. This is unacceptable when all they have to do is put up the nights stay. This is a bit misleading in the online booking platform, and should be more clear. The grounds and appearance is extremely good and well maintained. Apartment was very clean but worn down. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is out of the way but has a very cute tram on wheels that will transport you anywhere in Laguna including the local beach, but unfortunately it’s a fare walk to Bangtao Beach. Immensities are good.
