The hotel is beautifully presented from the lobby to the corridors leading to the rooms. Pool is glorious if you're not up for the walk to the beach. The balcony next to the bed is nice to wake up to.
But.
That's about where it ends.
The room at first glance looks pretty, but there were chips of wood missing from the around the bed finish, I'll fitting sheets for the size of bed. The nozzle of the bidet is made of plastic and was horrendously stained so we didn't feel comfortable using it. The shower and shower head were covered in limescale and scum build up, I shouldn't have to clean a hotel shower before I use it.
A certain male member of staff who seems to work the later shift, the one with earrings, was extremely rude upon our arrival despite advising we would be checking in later than 3pm.
When signing the paperwork for the room deposit he was very rude, rushing me and upon finding out I was reading the paperwork before signing he snatched it put of my hands and said it was a "hotel secret" seems a bit dodgy to me.
Any time we would arrive back at the hotel he would cast very unsettling looks towards myself and my partner and when we requested fresh towels for our room the member of staff was rude and said we couldn't have fresh towels, despite us using them for the shower and the room instructions stating we could re order towels at our convenience.
If you don't care about customer service, you could come here. But if you do care, book somewhere else.

Получилось побывать сразу в двух типах номера - обычном делюксе и гранд делюксе. По фотография казалось, что отличий особо нет, но по факту они есть. В гранд делюксе очень большая кровать, которая застелена двумя матрасами, что не всегда было удобно - они разъезжались. Два кондиционера, большой холодильник, микроволновка, просторная душевая. Помимо прочего, гранд делюксы расположены в основном, втором корпусе, где лобби. Обычный делюкс находится в корпусе напротив, он попроще, лифт иногда перестает нормально работать, в комнате маленький мини-бар, один кондиционер, одна небольшая двухместная кровать, матрас твердоват, но нам для сна такое наоборот подходит. В целом, в любом из номеров есть все необходимое и даже больше (плита, вытяжка, сушилка для белья), но в гранд делюксе все поновее, посвежее, почище. В номерах каждый день уборка и замена воды/полотенец/ косметических принадлежностей. Завтраки неплохие, есть некоторое разнообразие и фрукты. Только кофе в чайниках растворимый нескафе, похоже. Зато у ресторана очень хороший управляющий, все вежливые и приветливые. Вернулись сюда спустя две недели на другом пляже. Расположение неплохое, можно дойти и до пляжа за 15 минут, и до центра с магазинами/тц/базарами за 20. Рядом мечеть, часто слышно, когда наступает время молитвы, но нас это абсолютно не беспокоило, даже красиво и необычно. В общем, для любителей отдыха с доступом ко всем городским развлечениям - подходит отлично. Если нужен чисто пляжный и тихий отпуск, лучше выбрать другой район, но отель в любом случае держит планку.
