Excellent hotel for the price, even exceeded expectations
Relatively new, clean, the room has everything you need (I would also like to see slippers provided, it’s not very pleasant to walk on the floor in the room)
Beautiful pool and grounds, good restaurant, one evening there was live music, really enjoyed it
The location is not bad, but it is advisable to have your own transport; there are not many interesting places and decent restaurants within walking distance

We had a great stay here would definitely come back again. Location is great free shuttle bus to the beach and boat avenue frequently. The room was a bit small for a family but had everything we needed. The pool was lovely with floating pink cushions. There is a coffee & smoothie shop just outside the hotel which is amazing and cheap.
The hotel done a buffet dinner which was very tasteful.
We booked our trips through the hotel and the staff was very helpful.

Children 11 months old, 6 years old, 9 years old, staying with mother and grandmother. Very kind to children. All the staff are kind, and even with my broken English, they understand what I want to say and wait for me. it is really amazing! There is a beach about a 15 minute walk away, and a shopping street called Boat Avenue is on the opposite side of the beach. Both offer shuttle buses every 30 minutes. It was really helpful for families with small children. No need to walk in the heat. Stayed in a 2 bedroom room. I had a very elegant time. There was a kitchen, and we were able to work at our own convenient times. The water was relatively clean and I was able to take my kids to the shower and pool with peace of mind. Breakfast was also delicious. The kids were able to eat fruits, salads, Thai-style porridge, bread, and omelets baked on the spot. Anyway, it's relaxing and recommended for families with small children! Bang Tao Beach was also beautiful with clean sand! Beach and pool towels (pink) are placed in the room, so you can feel safe without adding to your luggage. There are few amenities, so toothbrushes and treatments are necessary! The only thing there is shampoo and body gel.

I like this hotel, especialy breakfest in this hotel.
I was stying not first time in this hotel, this time i took holliwod room 40sq with pool view. I liked this room more than similar rooms 34sq.
Hotel is not near beach, but hotel has shutlle which will you bring to Bangtao beach or Boat avenue.

Value for money and their cleanliness is good there were no insects and animals. Few minutes drive to the beach. They have free shuttle service to the beach. Restaurant is good their service is amazing and friendly. Most staying people are Russians. Not so noisy good choice for families with kids
