From the hotel it is a short walk to explore the old town. The receptionist gave very good information for walking around Phuket town. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit small.
The accommodation is next to the road. But I didn't hear any noise from the car. If the street parking in front of the hotel is full Must park in the parking lot in the alley. At night it looks a little scary. Because there was like an old, messy storage facility and there were people sitting in the parking lot.
I didn't eat breakfast. But it looks delicious. Next time if I go back to Phuket again I will go back to use the service.

This is my first time going abroad. I am very satisfied with this kind of accommodation. The guy at the front desk is very kind and often helps me call a car. The room environment is also very clean. I feel comfortable living alone. There is a refrigerator and free tea in the room. In short Very pleasant stay here.

It is clean and comfortable. The dormitory was spacious and the bathroom and toilets are separate. All the staff are so friendly. Also they have good bubble tea at the cafe. It's worth more than the money spent. I highly recommend this hostel.

I stayed at their hotel for 2 nights and I could say it was a great stay. The staff are so helpful and kind. I booked a bunk bed but upgraded me to a private room because I arrived earlier with a cheap price. The room was very clean and fresh. It was very comfortable. There were shampoo, bath gel, tissue, elctric kettle, glasses and cups for coffee/tea for free. There were tv and ref too. You can dine in at the restaurant and cafe downstairs. You can arrange at the reception if you want to go island hopping. The location is good too. There were nearby restos, 7-11 and just a walking disatance to night market and old town Phuket. Very good and nice hotel. I highly recommend this. Thank you The Arbern Hotel x Bistro🙏.

The staff at the counter provide good service and are kind. The elevator works like no other, very beautiful, the room design is very good, the bed is soft, the hotel is clean.
