The location is fine not too far from Patong beach and near the mall, the room is lovely and the staff too🤗

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach and it is very quiet. There is also 711 on the main road within a few steps, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, the price is affordable, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended!

When I arrived at lunchtime, about an hour after the official check-in began, the reception was not occupied. It's all well and good that you can check in via QR code scan, but you still have to be given the key. If you click on a king-size bed, you obviously don't want two single beds, but if the English at the reception is only very sparse, you don't have the nerve to investigate the matter, because translating sentence by sentence is time-consuming. When you finally pulled yourself together the next day, a little hungover, you didn't want to be held up again to have it explained to you that the return line on the toilet cistern had to be pushed up again on your own. If I know that it doesn't work properly, I'll come with you after handing over the keys, even if I haven't posted an explanation in the toilet. At some point during the second night the toilet paper ran out and once again we couldn't find an employee. It was also missing from the public toilet in the hallway. At checkout I was glad that I could at least give the key to a maid. The AC in room 103 was really great compared to others.

I liked everything except that there was no window

The hotel is economical. The owner is Chinese, who is very good at communication. I consulted her on anything I didn't know, and she answered me patiently. It's not far from Patong Beach, and there are places to eat, drink, and play nearby. I stayed for 3 days. It feels good. Although the room is not big, it is enough for two people, and it is relatively safe! Air conditioner and small refrigerator!

I don't know if it is because of the epidemic, the hotel has no service at all, and I can't get a reply if I want to inquire at night. The hotel has no front desk. Worst of all, security is poor, you have absolutely no idea what kind of people live next door to you, and it feels like a long-term tenant. The environment is horrible at night. And the traffic is really inconvenient, the car can only drive to the alley. For the same price, I went directly to the alley and chose another hotel, which was very cost-effective.
