Pleasant, cozy, green hotel. The pool is very clean and in the shade. The staff satisfied all requests. Cleaning and coffee on demand, they do not initiate it themselves. The room is free and bright. There is hot water, the air conditioner is working. The only thing that was annoying was only two sun loungers by the pool and an endless number of hungry cats that were rushing into the room. Otherwise everything is fine

I booked a room with a view of the pool on trip.com. As a result, upon arrival they gave me the wrong number... the guy at the reception claimed that all these rooms were occupied. And he didn’t have any information in his database about which specific room it was. He said that in this case he decides...me. I was very upset, I could have refused, but I chose a room so that I could relax after the flight. He says you can write to trip there yourself if you are not satisfied, but then you need to leave this room... but even if you agree, I’m telling you rooms with a view of the pool No. THANK GOD WE WERE ABLE TO SPEND THE NIGHT FOR ONE DAY. But it was quite cozy and quiet.

This venue is set within an area covered in plastic rubbish, so walking to and from the venue was a challenge.
A very busty dual carriageway runs past the venue, making it very difficult to move around.
The swimming pool was lovely and the receptionist was kind and helpful but the room was not clean. The furniture was old and worn and the electricity supply was poor. For example, the room and bathroom lights did not work most of the time.
The bidet leaked.
The bed was clean and comfortable but this place had become neglected in recent years and required urgent attention.
