I feel dizzy when I wake up from sleep The hardware in the room is all cheap, the water in the sink is broken, and the lights in the room dim when I take a shower. It rained, the roof of the starry sky leaked, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. There are a group of snails by the private pool, and there are so many mosquitoes in the room! I asked for mosquito repellent and got a bottle of pest killer! The whole breakfast was cold and I didn’t know how to heat it up. For such a high price, the breakfast was terrible! The clams in the seafood pasta are all dead and full of sand 5-star price, slum feeling, the only thing worthy of praise is the hotel's network operation staff, they have done so many good reviews, you are awesome 👍The name of the hotel has already been popular in the group, no wonder the business is so bad, please close it quickly!

We took a room with a pool (as indicated in the name of the hotel), but in reality it turns out that this pool is for two rooms, you shouldn’t expect any privacy there, since the pool is located right next to the stairs, where people go to their rooms above! That is, this is not an exit from the balcony to the pool, but an entrance to the room through the pool and anyone can walk there! Breakfast is very poor for 4 stars, the choice is small, the fruits are generally cut so small and thin, as if for mice! The cleanliness of the hotel is average, the service is normal! But the apogee of this ensemble was the fitness room, which was declared and photographed simply beautifully, but in reality there was a treadmill of poor quality and three exercise machines, which apparently were taken from a museum of rarities, but this is nothing if the office of some employees were not located there and a landing area for guests! And all this in one visit, there was only one air conditioner and it didn’t work at all, no one had heard about towels or any other attributes! Well, that is, it’s a deception from the first minutes that the room has a pool, but not yours. When we arrived and when we left, there was the corpse of a huge beetle lying around, but no one, of course, cleaned it up! Plus in the morning we went to the pool, and there were workers (about 5 people) cleaning and fixing something! In general, privacy is zero.
