I like the location of the hotel very centralised and convenient for food and services.
The hotel however did not have an elevator and I had to carry my luggage 3 floors. I walked up and down many times and it’s tiring.

I stayed here for three days.
When I returned in the evening on the first day, the room hadn't been cleaned... which was a bit disappointing. If I had asked, they would have taken care of it right away, but... I think they forgot.
There were only bath towels, no hand towels.
There was no toothbrush either.
Breakfast wasn't included, but I suddenly asked the night before and they were happy to accommodate.
In addition to the main course, you could eat and drink as much fruit, petit cakes, coffee and tea as you wanted, and the food was delicious and filling.
For some reason, the corridor above the second floor was dark and hot.
I wish the bathroom amenities were a bit more complete. I liked that the food in the fridge was free and you could drink as much as you wanted.
I was satisfied with the food and the staff's service.
When I asked any question, the staff were all happy to answer with a smile, which was very reassuring.

As soon as I entered the hotel, there was an indescribable smell. It was damp mixed with the smell of the toilet.
The water won't go down in the shower room, and when I take a shower, it's flooded with water
Breakfast is not buffet and needs to be booked one day in advance.
But even if we were the only guests at the table, the food would not be served for half an hour.
It was cold when it arrived.
There is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs with your luggage.
