I am utterly appalled by my recent experience at Ramada Chao Fah. After checking out, I realized I had left my expensive Dior face cleanser in the room. Not only did the hotel fail to notify us of the forgotten item, but they also displayed a shocking lack of concern when we reached out. We had to tirelessly chase them for three days, constantly calling without any initiative from their side to resolve the issue. Their final response? They couldn’t find it. This isn’t just poor service; it feels like outright theft, especially given that the cleanser’s value was double the cost of the room. This kind of negligence and disregard is unacceptable, and I am incredibly disappointed with how we were treated.
