If it were possible to give 0 for cleanliness, I would rate this hotel exactly at this level for the quality of cleaning. Reading the reviews before the trip and looking at the pictures, I couldn’t understand what people didn’t like?! Such an interesting interior... and the hotel seems to be new. But the photo doesn’t convey how dirty it is, so much so that it’s unpleasant to be in. It feels like you're staying in a hostel. During our 9 days of stay, they never cleaned us properly! They just changed the towels, made the bed (without changing the sheets), put on the water and threw out the trash. The floor is sticky and dirty, it's disgusting to walk on. The sofa in the kitchen is worn out and needs replacing for a long time. Despite the fact that the room has a kitchen, there are very few dishes. The audibility is terrible. Disgusting, uncomfortable shower, without any curtains or partitions. Water pours in all directions (despite my carefulness) it was extremely inconvenient to use. There was a disgusting stench coming from under the kitchen sink! As we wrote earlier, a hotel is like a quest; finding your building and the entrance to it upon arrival is another challenge. There are no signs or signs - look for it yourself. Pools on the roofs in general, it feels like they are not intended for relaxation. There are no sun loungers or umbrellas, for a maximum of 2 people. And then in such a state that it’s disgusting to lie down on these ottomans. What can I say about the location of the hotel... If you have transport, the location is not bad. And if not, then you shouldn’t go there. P.S. It’s a shame that such a beautiful, new and modern hotel was brought to such a deplorable state.

Excellent hotel. 3 swimming pools, good rooms, convenient parking on the 0th floor. Highly recommend. When I return to Phuket I will definitely check into this hotel.

An excellent condo for a long stay or a short vacation. But for comfort you need a personal means of transportation. There are a huge number of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and a gas station within a couple of minutes' drive. Within walking distance there is Nai Harn Beach, a lake for walks in the morning or evening, and a Buddhist temple. The rooms have good furniture and normal plumbing. Duplexes are cleaned every day. There is food delivery from the hotel restaurant to your room. Several pools - each with its own focus. Overall, this is a great option for the money.

The room is very good, next to the pool, good a**osphere, suitable for traveling with couples or families. If there is a chance to stay here again 🤍
