Great villa, decent for the price you’re paying. However, the villa is a bit old and can use a little renovation. Floor tiles are coming apart and toilet doesn’t drain well after you shower. Location wise, need to walk around 7-8 mins to the main road for food and minimart. Not recommended if you have younger kids and need to use a stroller. Kids water park is more like a small water playground. Trampoline park needs to pay extra, only kids allowed to play and adults have to just sit there. Overall, good experience for a basic villa. Staff are all very friendly, true Thai experience.

A beautiful villa to stay in right in the busy area of rawai. Plenty to do and the kids park is awesome! The indoor play area is fantastic and perfect for rainy or hot days. Very relaxing and spacious rooms. Perfect for families to share. Good privacy and everyone has their own bathroom!

With swimming pool, water park and indoor playground, kids (5 or under) can spend hours inside the hotel area. Villa’s swimming pool is good. But rooms are a bit old. The shower place in our master room has an uneven floor, so some water always stays after shower. Some slide doors are hard to lock, some fans cannot be switched on. They provide one small shampoo and one small shower gel on the first day of our visit but after that, there’s no refill… not something that will drive you crazy, but definitely there are rooms to improve.

We had a great stay in Rawai villa! Kids friendly facilities, responsive staffs, clean pool and tasty food. Seafood restaurants and message shops around are great. Fantastic holiday experience. Will definitely come back again:)

This was our first time in Thailand. We traveled with two kids, ages 8 and 5. They loved the Villa. They loved the private pool as well as the common pool, the play area, and the proximity of the villa to the shops and restaurants. The staff was great, everything was easy. The restaurant on the grounds ( Love Rawai) provided an okay breakfast but it was a better option for lunch. As a family, spending the whole day onsite is enough. The weather was great, it mainly rained at night, and so we could enjoy the many things Phuket could offer. We would easily come back to Rawai VIP VIlla's, and maybe bring friends with us.

It is very friendly to our family with many children Several friends and family members live very comfortably and have fun😍 There is a small amusement park in the hotel There is also a small water park inside Next to it is a cafe and restaurant The weather in Thailand in the morning🌞I don’t want to go out, it’s enough to let the children go One bad thing is that there are more mosquitoes in this kind of hotel.🦟 But each room has a screen window. It’s not a big problem if it is closed The swimming pool should keep the water system on, otherwise small animals will fall in The hotel is located relatively inside. Rawai Beach is not popular You can get there by turning in from a main road and walking straight There are many convenience stores at the main intersection Massage shops and car rentals are very convenient. The hotel also has bicycles 🚲 that you can ride

The environment is very good, the service is attentive, and the facilities are complete. It is suitable for short-term rental and is very close to the beach.
