Very bad. First of all, many facilities are broken. The bathroom has a bad smell that lasts all day. The living room we stayed in has a very low ceiling. I kept hitting my head at 165cm. It is not worth 1000 yuan at all. It used to be a very good homestay, but now it is divided into standard rooms, which are very noisy and small. The sound of tuk-tuks never stopped at night, and the soundproofing was terrible. I originally booked for 2 nights, but I couldn't stand it anymore and left the next day. The property is not clean and no parking area.
It is near the road and night club so noise disturb all the time.
The view is so stunning sunset is quite beautiful.
Not much safe. Price is expensive for the view only. The room is large and spacious living room.
Swimming pool is small but nice.
