Okay, so it’s more like serviced apartments rather than an actual hotel. So don’t really expect a 5 star hotel feel. The restaurant Shimmer which is located on the hotel premises is amazing! We had dinners there even when we moved to a different hotel. It also has a nice quiet beach, which you can access directly from the hotel. The only downside of our stay was a gigantic cockroach we found in our living room, it was huge and disgusting. We killed it, but obviously there must be more of them living in the room /hotel. I’ve read it in the other reviews as well, so I think the management has to take measures to get rid of them, especially in the rooms!!

Kamala beach is a good beach if you want to stay on the beach resort. There are also 2 swimming pools. Once face the sea and another one just door step from our room. The distant to Patong beach is 20 minutes away, we rented a car so is not a problem for us. The breakfast is Ala cart so the choice is limited the food is pretty quality. It was our anniversary and they have prepared a brut on our room. Very sweet of them. The room is comfortable and overall a good stay for us!

My favorite hotel! Ideal place, good service. The hotel has everything for a great holiday. The hotel group includes several hotels, restaurants and a beach club. There is also a transfer for a comfortable trip and a guest card is provided for the duration of your stay at the hotel at Catch club

A niche quiet luxury ceiling in Phuket, the best choice for lying flat. The only downside is that there is only one trash can in the room.

The sea is right outside the door. The environment is very good. You can walk along the beach to the lively town. It is a quiet place in the bustle. The waiters are very warm and thoughtful! A good choice for family travel!

Will I come back here again? Definitely not! The hotel staff do everything to prevent guests from returning here. Upon arrival, everything is not bad. They gave me a card to the club with a date until which you can visit. Accordingly, we planned everything, but for some reason it was taken away earlier end date, ruining all our plans and pretty much ruining our mood. So if you don’t want a spoiled mood on vacation, then pass by this hotel. And while you’re a guest, everyone is smiling, as soon as you’ve checked out, they don’t see you at all! And demonstratively. What is the service? For everything that is good there, we pay money, and not small ones. I don’t consider a glass of champagne 1000 rubles as service. It’s not about the price. Even if it’s 2000, but you will meet me, serve me and see me off as expected, as I want. By the way, there are a lot of insects in the room, the child left all bitten. Breakfast is no frills, but you won’t be hungry. The bed is damp. One plus is that there are no people! But again, why? Probably no one comes back. In general, we don’t We'll be back!

The location is relatively remote, and the service is basically non-existent. There is an app service software. They can talk to you halfway without replying. No one replies even if you keep asking. I have been to Phuket 4 times. The hardware of this hotel is good, but the service software is not worth it for 2000+ a night. There is a good InterContinental next to it, and there is a Michelin recommended restaurant in the InterContinental. I don't recommend it ✖️

Overall it's good, but not amazing. This is my second stay. The reception and the room are OK. But the breakfast has few varieties and is not suitable for Chinese stomachs. The breakfast part is indeed deducted.
