The Title East Wing is a strategically placed, securely gated community of apartments, directly across the road from Rawai Beach. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor, right near the front of the building. It was not overly big, but it is quite satisfactory for one or two persons. On entering the apartment there is a kitchen bench and cupboard to the right, which was storing cutlery, crockery, glassware, toaster, a kettle and a micro wave oven. A mid-sized fridge, with an upper freezer compartment, sat alongside the bench top. There are no facilities to cook in the apartment. To the left, opposite the kitchenette area, is a decent sized wardrobe and a good-sized bathroom. Wash basin with vanity mirror, toilet and shower. The shower has a portable attachment and also a rain head. Water pressure and temperature was good and no issues with drainage. Ahead of the kitchenette and bathroom is the open plan living/sleeping area. There is a small table and chair to set up a laptop and a small, wall mounted smart TV. There is one bed, a double, and it was very comfortable. There are no sofas or arm chairs. The room is well lit and airy account the large rear glass windows/door. The door leads to a small veranda where there is a table and chair set, ideal for relaxing with a cuppa in the morning, or a cool drink in the evening. There is a hedgerow in front of the veranda so the area is relatively secluded, but not totally. Walking though the hedgerow and to the right are the community rubbish bins. Within the apartment the AC is excellent, operating quietly and efficiently. The WIFI in the apartment is excellent, very reliable and very high speed. At the moment there is a high number of Russians who are residing at the Title mid to long term and you will find there are quite a number of Russian owned businesses in the area, they have a heavy presence in Rawai. In terms of eating out there is a plethora of options around the Rawai Beach area. Some of the places we recommend are, for breakfast Vibes or The Local Café. Then there is Café Amazon for coffee. For fresh caught seafood the Fish Bar and Restaurant near Rawai Pier. For amazing Italian food there is Locanda Del Pescatore and for authentic Thai food at very reasonable prices Baan Klang Nam Pan. Pan Asian does wonderful stir-fried noodles and Flip Side do great wraps. Real Thai Food is situated just outside the apartment complex and to the left, tasty Thai food and super cheap, for example pad kra pow is only 30 baht! There are numerous convenience stores in the area, including a large Tops, along with bars, pharmacies, hairdressers, massage shops and so on. The beauty is everything is within walking distance which is a huge upside. Off Rawai Beach there are numerous islands and longtail boats that can be hired for groups, or individuals, from as low as 1200 baht for a round trip. We highly recommend a day trip to Bon Island, quiet, secluded and with a great restaurant. We thoroughly enj
