Great condo with everything you need! Everything works fine. The only downside is the lack of bathrobes and hair dryer. The sun goes down early on the pool

The hotel was great. Room was very clean, kept in good order and looked nice aesthetically die to the large windows allowing lots of natural light in. The cleaners did a good job when cleaning the room too.
The standout feature of the hotel was the service from the staff, they were all very helpful. I especially liked how it was possible to communicate with the front desk using WhatsApp. Made any issues quickly resolvable wherever we were.
Our second favourite feature was their free shuttle bus to different areas, it was great for a nice beach day, and also great since we arrived early as they allowed us to use the shuttle to relax on the beach before check in. They gave us beach towels and they also provide a free return if you message for pick up on WhatsApp.
They also helped arrange motorbike hire which they provided at the best price I could find in the area without the need for a deposit (because of my card in file). The bike was in great condition and they were on hand in the hotel to provide any assistance I needed.
We would've extended our trip but the hotel is so popular that they sold out on their rooms. So, would definitely stay again.

It's a good place near Bang Tao, Phuket, relatively clean, not expensive, and you can call a shuttle bus to a 3km radius, so it's always fully booked. Porto is a rip-off, a bunch of hotels are clearly ripping off customers, the prices are comparable to those in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou

Everything was fine. Just one big NO: i don't how is it on the another floors but in the room on the top floor, the noise and vibration of the something(don't know) running on the roof are very noisy. Every few seconds there is a sound of some device turning on. It is impossible to sleep peacefully.

The hotel is located in a remote location, but they have a free shuttle to Bang Tao and Surin beaches. The condominium is clean, cleaned every day, water is provided every day. The pool is ok, towels are provided at the reception.
