第二次來住了沒有去年住得順心，不知道是不是換了管理團隊還是怎麼回事要求不高了：衞生打掃的非常差，住了接近一週，洗臉盆一次沒擦過，地面一次沒拖過，感覺泳池裡的水也很久沒換了；前台工作人員不熱情，擠牙膏似的問什麼説什麼，還收了按金，幫忙把行李送到房間的服務也取消了。定的跟上次一樣的房型但是這次給的房間陽台看不到任何景色全部被樹擋住了。沙發表面污漬多到不敢直接坐。優點就是冰箱微波爐電磁爐鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，加熱個麪包之類的很方便，跟單身公寓似的，不過以後不會再來這裏住了！

The location of the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't loud or anything like that.
Sadly, i always found that the daily cleaning was done very quickly and bot thorough. The toilet and bathroom sink was cleaned vut the shower, the bathroom floor and the shelf between sink and sink stayed always dirty.

作為一個四星酒店，公共區域設定的還是不錯的。
但是房間非常老舊，且衞生情況很差。首先房間裏蚊子非常多。即使在熱帶地區很常見，但其他酒店也不會有這麼多的蚊子。其次，窗簾上有不知名大飛蟲如圖，打死了兩衹。
最噁心的是，半夜睡覺感覺有蟲子在我腿上爬，起來果然是有類似蟑螂的小蟲子在床上。打死之後，第二天睡醒收拾東西，發現又有一衹更大的類似蟑螂的蟲子就在枕頭附近。住了兩天，小腿過敏嚴重，都是小疹子。
洗手池像是堵了，下水非常非常慢。手紙的滾軸壞掉了，一抽就會掉在地上。其中一天下午還整體停電了，從11點停到下午五點，空調什麼的都用不了，衹能被迫離開酒店出門。回來時發現電梯裏貼了通知，説“這是很正常的”
雖然不是什麼五星級高檔酒店，但這個價格真的和它的衞生條件不符。很少會給酒店差評，這家是真的不會再住！

Заселились быстро, обслуживание номеров каждый день, меняют полотенца и постель, приносят воду с запечатанных стеклянных бутылках. Завтраки не очень лучше в кафе.
Душ нормальный, есть тарелки и приборы, бокалы, кружки, кондёр работает, телик есть но не пользовались. Апартаменты хорошие рекомендуем

Расположение очень хорошее, рукой подать до кафе клуб Дель Мара , рядом есть 7/11, вблизи Камала пляж с разными спа и кафушками, обязательно посетите видовое кафе сиенна, возвращаясь к отелю, номера немного подуставшие , везде страшно смотреть на белый диван в пятнах , которые не отмываются видимо химчисткой, периодически шумно ночью от тусовщиков возвращающихся на ночлег, уборка раз на раз , забывали мыть ванную комнату, зеркала . Первую комнату поменяли из-за Комаров , муравьи приходили чуть что то оставив на столе съестного, жаловались ,но особо бесполезно.
Бассейны вполне чистые, но на крыше в главном корпусе, не работают душевые в передевалки, вообщем если есть аналогичные проверенные варианты выберите их, отель неплох за свои деньги.

4 Sterne Hotel mit unterirdischem wifi, deshalb der Abzug. Frühstückraum mit inclusive Frühstück sehr warm, aircon immer aus. Vor betreten kommt man durch kühlen Bereich, wo nur extra bezahltes Frühstück gibt, eine Frechheit. Anlage und Pools sonst gut.
