The hotel is near the old city area and is considered very good. The day of the stay, the elevator was broken, the water flow was very weak, the pillows were thin and the bed was hard.

Excellent service! This hotel was the best I've stayed at on this island. There is an elevator, a fridge, bottled water every day, hot water, and a stable WiFi connection. There are plenty of food choices available nearby, local or European. Even though rooms are not huge, they utilized this space to the fullest. This hotel far exceeded my expectations.
The only downsides I can think of are area-related. There are no beaches available nearby.

It's not far from Phuket Bus Terminal, so I recommend it to backpackers who take the bus from the airport late at night!
