Very clean and nice staff who will help with everything they can, and food was also very delicious and nice scenic views of the ocean and resort

There was very comfortable, food was delicious, service was good. Hotel staff are very kindly.

Beautiful hotel and amenities, however they really need to work on improving services in the pool bar and the laundry personal.

Service bad, 5star hotel but no five star service. Got shuttle van, but if full u need to wait for another 30minutes. Won’t come back any more.

Excellent Hotel with many friendly and helpful staffs, breakfast was superb, room was big and clean. Nice infinity pool.,will definitely come back to stay again.

Poor experience when checking in due to arrival at midnight in the hotel. I have written an email to them before in come. i have to wait close to one hour to get the room. The first one has a good view but the room & beds are wet! Service & food are good. special for the swimming pool is great.

+Great ocean view, fantastic infinity pool and pool side bar. +Far from noisy area, silent environment but Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Bangla and no need to wait too long every time. Also, nearby 7-11 is walking distance about 3 minutes. +Room is spacious and bed is extremely big, King size bed, bathtub is nice too, separate toilet. Nice design is air conditioning will be turn off when you open the door to balcony. +friendly and helpful staff

I loved this hotel. The location was not very close to all the hustle and bustle, but that is exactly what I was looking for, a calmer place to stay. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the main entertainment area in Patang, which was very convenient. My room had a beautiful view to the ocean and a nice balcony to just enjoy the sunset. The pools were nice, with a good balance of sun/shade and the bar offered good drinks and food. It sometimes took a while to find someone to serve you at the bar though. However, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights, it's was nightmare becos the air conditioner was very noisy. The beddings was so wet even all the interior. The breadfast didn't have many choice but it's fine for us. Only the location is very good with shuttle bus to Patong and have a wonderful swimming pool.

GOOD: 1) The highlight of the hotel is there is a 24 hour snooker room, it is free of charge, except 2 set of snooker tables, there is also a table soccer there, it is very impressive and rare. The swimming pool / squash room / gym room / library are also 24 hour & free, you can directly go to enjoy and even do not need any reservation. 2) Have to mention the breakfast, I would say it's world class, many choices for you including Thai, Chinese even indian food, you can even have ice cream & Thai fruit shake for free, I would say you can even consider it as a lunch. 3) free shuttle buses transfer from hotel & Patong town center (every 15 mins) until 8:30pm everyday. BAD: 1) check in is slow, the communication of the staff needs to be improved. 2)There is a local tour registration desk in the lobby, the staff there would make a call to you in early morning to sell you their tour, which will disturb you. 3)one day at about 6:00am when we were still deeply sleeping, someone(suspected a staff) pushed the doorbell, then the TV auto started itself, it was very scary. 4)They did not do housekeeping & daily necessities in the afternoon, even though you had turn on the housekeeping indicator ligh.

There were many ants on the table. The room was very humid. The hot water pot was broken. Shuttle time was not on schedule all the time. But the room was big and infinity pool was quite nice if u dont mind with some electric wire blocking some view
