Amazing Stay, this is not a place this is Home. I mainly went to Phuket Cleanse to lose weight and reboot myself 😊. I ended up earning much more from this magic place. I stayed there for three weeks, where I had one of the most amazing times in my life. I do not know where to start; I will try to be objective and give a fair review and start with what was the most important for me. The most important thing is the “Community” I do not know if I have been lucky to be there with magnificent people or it is just how people become when they reach that place. Maybe it is because everyone is welcome to show his true good nature and there is no judgement, so you can find the best of everyone there. Of course, this would never happen without the Owners “Stanton and Melanie”. Sincerely I do not know how they can do it every day, but they do it. Stanton was up with us every day, encouraging and pushing us to do our best, his Sens of humour, kindness and true heart cannot be found anywhere. For me he was like the eternal Price of Phuket Cleanse, a great man with great values. Melanie is an amazing woman, always present for everyone, checking on us, I was a bit tired while I was there, she took good care of me till I recovered, her classes are Gold, and you can learn so much with her. Add to this the staff members, the kitchen staff, the reception, and everyone, I really thank everyone form the bottom of my heart. I will not forget the amazing trainers and Yoga teachers, Jenny the Hot Yoga Soldier, Sam, Oleg, Meaw, and the lovely Pim. Many thanks also to Melanie and Michel for their support, help and initiatives. Let’s talk now about practicalities: The room: I loved my room and I hope I will find the same when I am back, it was “Earth X” clean, simple and charming. The food: even though I sneaked two times to have a good steak “Sorry Stanton”, but I enjoyed the wonderful healthy vegan food, my body changed, I was well nourished, and I appreciated every bite. The trainings: you have a large choice, my favorite one was the morning hikes, in 21 days I have missed only 3, every morning we would go to a different place and enjoy an amazing walk. Then you have the Hot Yoga which I discovered there, Jenny the Hot Yoga teacher is one of the best I met, you get out from her session like a baby, fresh and happy to live. The Hit Classes, I enjoyed the Sam’s classes and I tried Oleg as well, it is needed and you do so much in the classes, at the end you are even amazed by yourself because you did not know you can achieve so much. Muy Thai is a must. Pim the most lovable Yoga teacher I met, Oooooooone, Twoooo, Threeeeee, “ Do what your body can dooooooo Kaaaa” Kisses to Pim. The 7:30 sessions are also the best, you are relaxed, you learn a lot about yourself, and you sleep well.
