Excellent two-story room, my daughter was delighted! NaiHarn Beach is within walking distance. Each building has its own swimming pool. It’s also convenient and there aren’t many people in the pool. Friendly staff at the reception. Phat is our best employee of the year!

Now we live in this condo. We chose it primarily based on price and proximity to the beach. There is an asphalt road to Naiharn beach, 5 minutes by bike or car. Walking takes a little longer. The road was built relatively recently, which is very convenient. We booked directly in advance, you can rent daily, but it will be more expensive. In any case, you need to book in advance. When booking daily, the room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. If cleaning is needed, it costs 500 baht. We have cleaning once a week, which suits us, we clean it ourselves. We wash towels and other things in a machine on the floor with parking for 30 baht. We have a condo on the 3rd floor, two floors. We live together. All cutlery and dishes for 2. But we have purchased everything we need for life, so this is not a problem. (I can give you the address of the market where you can buy everything for life and everyday life). For a child, you can make a bed on the sofa on the 1st floor or rent a bed for extra money. People with children choose a condo on the 1st floor with access to swimming pools with slides. We didn't want to, it's always noisy there, even at night. Not very comfortable to sleep. Regarding soundproofing, yes, it is non-existent. You can hear people stirring tea with a spoon and knocking on a mug))))), you can hear any conversation and noise. Unfortunately, this is a problem with any condo. They don’t build houses in Thailand like in Russia, they don’t know how. But the people who rent housing here behave terribly, slam doors, shout, listen to TV and music loudly and have absolutely no respect for the people around them. Moreover, only Russians behave so horribly, like savages, shame on our people. Everywhere there is only Russian speech, screams and fun at night by the pool with Russian music. (((. The cleaning is normal, clean. The towels and linen smell nice. The pools are cleaned every day. Everywhere is cleaned, everything is good. They don’t really do renovations everywhere, there are leaks, holes in the floor by the pools, but these are minor things. Only one water slide works (building A), others are broken for some reason and the entire infrastructure next to them is also (building B), water does not flow into the bucket that should be filled and overturned, or in other places. This is a shame. The restaurant in the building does not work. On the 4th floor, but this is a plus for the 3rd floor, there is no noise. The bar on the floor with the pool in building A is also not open, but on New Year’s holidays people brought drinks and music there themselves and relaxed by the pool. There are few sun loungers and umbrellas, it is not clear who managed to lie down. The pool on the roof is located in building A, and to get from building B, you need to go down through the parking lot and go up again by elevator. You could make the transition between buildings C. This is a hotel. You can also go there to the spa, the hall (quite small) and the pool on the roof, the pool is quite small with 3 sun loungers. Swimming pool with transparent walls. Unusual.

everything is good in it, there is enough space for two. two floors, you can work separately. There is a kitchen, we cook our own breakfast, but a huge minus is the thin walls. you literally feel like you're living in a box. We were unlucky with our neighbors. You can hear almost every word, yelling, swearing even more so. you wake up to someone’s screams or, worst of all, someone doing obscene things very loudly. and so on all month. this interferes a lot. I have to use noise-canceling headphones all the time; in general, my impressions of this apar**ent are bad. Very annoying noise throughout the entire stay. from all sides. I do not recommend this apar**ent. and I won’t come here again. not worth it
